★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária ruim, falta de respeito total com os inquilinos. Não fizeram ainda a devolução do caução. Sempre arrumando desculpas evasivas e nunca justificáveis. Não se importam que o inquilino depende desse dinheiro para alugar outro imóvel. Dizem que não sabem onde o dinheiro dos cauções foi parar. Isso é inadimicível.
Bad real estate, total lack of respect for tenants. The deposit has not yet been returned. Always making evasive and never justifiable excuses. They don't care that the tenant depends on that money to rent another property. They say they don't know where the bail money went. This is inadmissible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima Imobiliária! Não ajudam em nada após a locação (dúvidas e ajuda a inquilino), não consegui receber meu caução de locação até hoje, já faz mais de 10 dias do prazo máximo e não consigo atendimento com a pessoa responsável, estão sendo super burocracia para pagar o que devem.
Terrible Real Estate! They don't help anything after the lease (doubts and help the tenant), I haven't been able to receive my lease deposit until today, it's been more than 10 days from the maximum term and I can't get service with the person responsible, they're being super bureaucracy to pay the that they should.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me deram golpe de 2400 de calsão e o dono está de carro novo e fala que imobiliária não tem fundos tão me devendo a 5 meses não aluguem e nem compre esperiencia .
They gave me 2400 for shorts and the owner has a new car and says that real estate doesn't have funds so they owe me for 5 months don't rent or buy experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, aluguei uma casa, fui tratado com total descaso, a vistoria da casa estava toda feita de qualquer jeito, me tiram sobre o seguro da Porto e a casa esta dando curto em todos os fios, tentaram fazer a gente pagar de qualquer jeito, sendo que o erro foi deles
Terrible, I rented a house, I was treated with total disregard, the inspection of the house was all done anyway, they take me out of Porto's insurance and the house is shorting out all the wires, they tried to make us pay anyway, since it was their mistake
