★ ★ ★ ★ ★ APÓS VÁRIAS TENTATIVAS DE CONTAO CONSEGUIMOS RESOLVER A SITUAÇÃO E OBTIVEMOS A DEVOLUÇÃO INTEGRAL DO VALOR.
Péssimo. Fizemos reserva, porem devido a descoberta de cancec terminal na família, ficamos muito abalados e nao pudemos ir. Em conversa por telefone nós prometeram devolução integral do valor, conforme a política de cancelamento, pois avisamos com mais de 30 dias de antecedência e até agora nada. Era para ter sido devolvida a primeira de duas parcela em 10 de dezembro de 2018 ja estamos em 04/01/2019 e nada.... Ninguém nos atende ou responde no WhatsApp... Não recomendo este lugar para ninguém.
 AFTER VARIOUS ATTEMPTS OF ACCOUNT, WE WERE SOLVED TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION AND OBTAIN THE COMPREHENSIVE RETURN OF VALUE.
Very disappointing. We made reservation, however due to the discovery of cancec terminal in the family, we were very shaken and we could not go. In telephone conversation we have promised full refund of the amount, according to the cancellation policy, as we have notified more than 30 days in advance and so far nothing. It was to have been returned the first of two installment on December 10, 2018 and we are on 04/01/2019 and nothing .... No one answers or answers us at WhatsApp ... I do not recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, limpinho, contendo sala de jogos, piscina muito boa, área para churrasqueira. Lugar extremamente aconchegante e bem localizado para todos as praias. Fácil acesso ao mercado, restaurantes, não podendo esquecer de comentar do Senhor Edison que é dono da pousada, pessoa integra, honesta, atenciosa, educada, super prestativo. Recomendo, lugar familiar, sem bagunças e de uma organização impar. Há !!! Lembrando, local com preço justo, vale a oportunidade para ratificação do exposto.
Excellent place, clean, containing games room, very good pool, barbecue area. Extremely cozy place and well located for all beaches. Easy access to the market, restaurants, and can not forget to comment on Mr. Edison who owns the inn, integrated person, honest, caring, polite, super helpful. Highly recommend, family place, no mess and an odd organization. There !!! Remember, place with fair price, worth the opportunity for ratification of the above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei dia 11/07/2020,As 14 horas é já sai no outro dia pela manha, e procurei outra pousada pra ficar, eles não Informa que a sala de jogos e cobrado a parte o colchão não é confortável a internet não estava pegando direito fiz um depósito no valor de 200,00 pra garantir a minha estadia , o certo seria cobrar a uma diária no valor de 120,00 +15,00 do pet e me devolver o Restante resumindo deixei tudo limpo e na hora de me devolver a diferença não me devolveram alegando que eu que estava desistindo,Não quis discutir pra não estragar a minhas férias,resumindo pra mim foi péssimo ficaram com os 200,00 se eu tivesse depósito mais talvez eu perderia também da localização , vc abre a porta da cozinha da direto pra rua,Só tem 6 ou 7 vagas sendo tem mais quartos quem chegar por último o carro fica na rua .

O deville é bem simples, mas atende as necessidades de forma bacana!
Quartos simples, piscina uma delicia e sempre limpinha, atendimento muito bom e o custo beneficio excelente!
Sempre que conseguimos ir pra ubatuba vamos pra lá, gostamos muito do lugar e a cidade é maravilhosa!!
Pode melhorar um pouco em conforto nas camas e principalmente em ventilação nos quartos (colocando ventiladores mais fortes e/ou um ar condicionado).
My favorite place !! Ubatuba is wonderful !!!!
The deville is very simple, but meets the needs in a nice way!
Simple rooms, a delightful and always clean pool, very good service and excellent value for money!
Whenever we manage to go to ubatuba we go there, we really like the place and the city is wonderful !!
You can improve your comfort in the beds a little and especially in the ventilation in the rooms (putting stronger fans and / or an air conditioner).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficamos no chalé que dava direto pra rua a porta da cozinha com Vidro transparente. Quem passa na porta ve tudo. Nao tem seguranca nenhuma pra.deixar o carro. Somente uma cordinha pra nao fechar a passagem, o vaso sanitário estava lascado por dentro. Banheiro é minúsculo e com box (terrivel pra dar banho em crianças). O colchao fede com Aquela capa de plástico que não é limpa. Usei toalha umidecida com detergente e ela ficou encardida. A cama de casal é debaixo da cama de beliche ( tudo de alvenaria e os colchões fedem por conta de estar sujo e a capa de pano xadrez é nojenta de sujeira. Pedi pra trocarem e a senhora Vera (dona) foi até o chalé gritando comigo perto da minha bebe de 1 ano e meio e da minha outra filha de 5 anos. Alegando passar cloro em tudo e que fica mesmo c mofo. Nao era mofo, sujeira de nao lavar isso sim. Falei que iria cancelar pra sair de la e ela disse que era melhor mesmo. Uma ignorância em pessoa. Mal educada, desbocada e porca. Ainda por cima ficou de cara feia quando meu esposo levou as criancas pra brincar onde tem um espaço infantil. Ficamos 3 diárias pra nunca mais voltar.
We stayed in the cottage that faced the kitchen door with clear glass. Whoever walks in the door sees everything. There is no security to leave the car. Only a string to not close the passage, the toilet was chipped inside. Bathroom is tiny and boxed (terrible for bathing children). The mattress stinks with that plastic cover that is not cleaned. I used a towel moistened with detergent and it got grimy. The double bed is under the bunk bed (all of masonry and the mattresses stink because it is dirty and the checkered cloth cover is disgusting with dirt. I asked to change and Mrs. Vera (owner) went to the cottage yelling at me close to my 1 ½ year old baby and my other 5 year old daughter, claiming to chlorine everything and it looks like mold. It wasn’t mold, dirt from not washing it. I said I would cancel to get out of there and "She said it was better. An ignorance in person. Badly polite, outgoing and sowful. On top of that, she scowled when my husband took the kids to play where there is a children's space. We stayed 3 nights to never come back."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na piscina não tem cadeiras em volta pra sentar, a sinuca que costuma ser de graça nas pousadas ficou 2 reais cada ficha, tinha banheiros que tinham uma janelinha mas era da altura das pessoas e tinha janela à 10 cm do chão do lado da escada.
Ficamos 3 diárias pra não voltar mais.
There are no chairs around the pool to sit on, the pool that is usually free at the inns was 2 reais each, there were bathrooms that had a small window but it was as tall as people and had a window 10 cm from the floor on the side of the stairs.
We stayed 3 days to never come back.
