★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super importante, bem na verdade, como é caso de saúde pública, o ideal seria que as ações de castração fossem mais frequentes. Somente assim os números de abondono de animais cairia consideravelmente.

Tem que chegar cedinho pra garantir vaga (eles abrem às 8h e acho que atendem 8 animais por dia), tem que ter cadastro único, levar RG, CPF e comprovante de residência.
Wonderful, they saved my kitten's life, I can only thank them. Amazing professionals, they really like what they do and have a lot of love for the animals!!
You have to arrive early to guarantee a place (they open at 8am and I think they serve 8 animals a day), you have to have a single registration, carry ID, CPF and proof of residence.

Tem funcionários que se acham os donos do Departamento De Bem-Estar Animal.
Conta apenas com uma linha de contato ao usuário que dificilmente funciona.
Se um funcionário sai de férias, a grade de atendimento ao municípe é suspensa por não ter um substituto. Inadmissível isso!
Poor service. There is a lack of employees, information and adequate service for the municipalities.
There are employees who think they are the owners of the Animal Welfare Department.
It only has a contact line for the user that hardly ever works.
If an employee goes on vacation, the municipal service grid is suspended for not having a replacement. This is unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um local bem arborizado onde os animais de rua são acolhidos, tratados, alimentados porém, achei q não há divulgação necessária para se colocar estes animais pra adoção, fora q exigem um documento um cadastro onde vc deve comprovar q recebe menos q um salário mínimo para o animal ser atendido sem nenhum custo, por isso q muita gente deixa de pedir socorro pra um animal de rua pq vc praticamente fica responsável por esse animal. Pra mim a burocracia deixa a desejar
It is a well-wooded place where stray animals are welcomed, treated, fed, however, I found that there is no disclosure necessary to put these animals up for adoption, apart from requiring a document a registration where you must prove that you receive less than a minimum wage for the animal to be attended at no cost, that's why many people stop asking a stray animal for help because you are practically responsible for that animal. For me the bureaucracy leaves something to be desired
