★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom. Me surpreendeu positivamente. Estacionamento, localização, todas as peças Deca (autorizado) e o melhor: excelente atendimento e educaçao. Fui num sábádo e tinha até suco, café e bolo aos clientes. Nunca vi isso em Natal.Parabéns!!!!
Very good. It surprised me positively. Parking, location, all Deca parts (authorized) and the best: excellent service and education. I went on a Saturday and even had juice, coffee and cake for customers. I've never seen it in Natal. Congratulations !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um chuveiro em 22/04/2021 e só me devolveram em 20/05/2021 depois que eu liguei DIVERSAS vezes cobrando. Atendimento péssimo, péssimo, péssimo.
I left a shower on 22/04/2021 and they only returned it to me on 20/05/2021 after I called SEVERAL times charging. Terrible, lousy, lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenhuma queixa quanto aos produtos DECA, mas em relação à assistência técnica tenho péssimas experiências!! Desde o dia 14 de agosto/20 tento agendar uma visita técnica aqui em casa e não obtenho sequer uma resposta, quanto mais um agendamento!!! Descaso, abuso e desrespeito a consumidor.
No complaints about DECA products, but regarding technical assistance I have terrible experiences !! Since August 14/20 I have tried to schedule a technical visit here at home and I don't even get an answer, let alone an appointment !!! Neglect, abuse and disrespect to the consumer.

Solicitei uma assistência, informaram que o técnico viria quinta (01/04) por coincidência o dia da mentira, não apareceu, liguei pra saber se vinha outro dia, ficaram de retornar e até hoje nada. Se não vinha, ou não pode vir, que dessem uma satisfação, mas nada.
Company with no commitment to the customer. O atendimento foi excelente, desde o agendamento via telefone até a pontualidade e profissionalismo da equipe, juntamente com toda a preocupação com a biosegurança relacionada ao covid-19. Fiquei muito satisfeito com o serviço prestado e com certeza recomendo.
I just finished renovating my entire house, and the assistance of deca hydra, carried out all the necessary hydraulic services, maintenance and installation. The service was excellent, from scheduling by phone to the punctuality and professionalism of the team, along with all the concern with biosafety related to covid-19. I was very satisfied with the service provided and I definitely recommend it.
