★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compareci para efetuar a troca de um utensílio comprado ha dez dias, ai então fui informado pelo vendedor, com um tremendo tom de deboche, que o prazo para reclamação ou troca é de sete dias corridos. Ao questionar que eu não havia sido informado desse prazo, o vendedor debochado disse que estava no "código de defesa do consumidor".
Recusar a efetuar a troca, tudo bem, mas o deboche não da pra aceitar.
I attended to exchange a utensil purchased ten days ago, then I was informed by the seller, with a tremendous tone of debauchery, that the deadline for complaints or exchanges is seven calendar days. When questioned that I had not been informed of this deadline, the debauched salesman said that it was in the "consumer protection code".
Refusing to make the exchange, that's fine, but the debauchery can't be accepted.

Employees all badly polite !! Serves badly to your customers a good store more bad service should put employees with more education in this store even older people they serve bad..I witnessed several speeches in 1 day of bad customer service our q that mercy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente muito ruim em atendimento, você precisa ficar adulando para ser atendido além do que não fazem a mínima questão em dar retorno de nada. Não recomendo a ninguém e me impressiona como uma empresa como essa ainda exista com tanta falta de profissionalismo.
Unfortunately very bad in attendance, you need to be adultery to be served beyond what they do not have the slightest question in giving return of anything. I do not recommend it to anyone and it impresses me how a company like this still exists with such a lack of professionalism.

Não indico a ninguém que vá a esse lugar, se você que está lendo este comentário for um dos donos, por favor tome providência com esses seus funcionários. "Oh povozim preguiçoso!"
