Burnt snack, delayed, wrong and incomplete order. Order not delivered and charged on invoice. I went for the first time and I won't be back, nor do I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente muito agradável às margens do Rio Doce. Possui espaço interno e externo, porém o externo não é coberto, então no horário de 15h, que é quando abrem, pega muito sol. Ótimo atendimento. Açaí, sorvete e salada de frutas são uma delícia. Além disso, tem um playground para crianças.
Very pleasant environment on the banks of the Rio Doce. It has internal and external space, but the external space is not covered, so at 3 pm, which is when they open, it gets a lot of sun. Great service. Acai, ice cream and fruit salad are delicious. It also has a playground for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Estive no dia 20/03/2022 e solicitei ao garçon uma mesa na área externa, já q tinham mesas vazias. Pós solicitação, o garçon disse q iria providenciar. Esperei mais de 15 min sem ele me atender, pegou a mesa e colocou para outro cliente q havia acabado de chegar. Ao comunicar ao funcionário q se apresentou como gerente, o mesmo nada fez, foi totalmente desatencioso e nem desculpa pelo ocorrido recebi. Não recomendo o lugar.
Terrible attendance. I was there on 03/20/2022 and asked the waiter for a table in the outside area, as they had empty tables. After the request, the waiter said he would arrange it. I waited more than 15 minutes without him answering me, he took the table and placed it for another customer who had just arrived. When communicating to the employee who introduced himself as a manager, he did nothing, was totally inattentive and I received no apology for what happened. I don't recommend the place.
