★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei 22:30 e já me perguntaram se eu ia pedir alguma coisa da cozinha, porque ia fechar a cozinha 23:00. Pedi um mignon aperitivo. Enquanto eu e minha noiva estávamos experimentando o mignon aperitivo, chegou um garçom perguntando se poderia trazer a conta pois eles iam encerrar às 23:30. Achei muito "deselegante" com o cliente. O bar tem tudo para se tornar o melhor point de Alphaville, mas tem um atendimento ruim, garçons desatentos e com cara de tristeza!!! Enfim... Por mim, não volto lá... Péssima escolha que fizemos ao ir neste local.
 I arrived at 10:30 pm and have been asked if I was going to order anything from the kitchen, because it was going to close the kitchen at 11 pm. I ordered a tenderloin appetizer. While my fiancee and I were trying the mignon appetizer, a waiter arrived asking if he could bring the bill as they would close at 11:30 pm. I found it very "clumsy" with the client. The bar has everything to become the best point in Alphaville, but has poor service, inattentive waiters and sad face !!! Anyway ... I'm not going back there for myself ... Bad choice we made while going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem estrutura e boa localização. Decidem onde será a sua reserva de mesa, sem conversa. São seletivos para abrir exceção de pessoas a mais na mesa. Falta muito, mas muito preparo no atendimento. Total desrespeito aos clientes. É necessário pedir mais de uma vez o pedido, pois não tem o mínimo de atenção. Incluem de má fé, coisas que você não consome na sua comanda. E quando você reclama, agem com demagogia, simplesmente te ignoram. Enfim, não recomendo, pois na região existem outros bares com atendimento rápido e cordial com o cliente. Cuidado incluem coisas que você não consome na sua comanda!!!
It has structure and good location. Decide where your table reservation will be without conversation. They are selective to make the exception of too many people at the table. Much is missing, but much preparation in attendance. Total disrespect to customers. You must order more than once as you do not have the least attention. They include in bad faith things that you don't consume at your command. And when you complain, they act demagoguery, they just ignore you. Anyway, I do not recommend, because in the area there are other bars with fast and cordial customer service. Beware include things you do not consume in your command !!!
