â â â â â O guarda roupa comprado da marcenaria chegou trĂȘs dias apĂłs a data combinada para entrega. Como nĂŁo foi avisado que o mĂłvel nĂŁo estava pronto ainda, fiquei o dia inteiro esperando a entrega. Depois de muito questionamento feito o produto finalmente chegou.
O produto tem boa qualidade, mas a montagem deixou um pouco a desejar. Ă possĂvel ver dentro do guarda roupa alguns espaços entre uma madeira e outra que poderiam ter montado com maior cuidado.
ApĂłs alguns meses de uso, o puxador saiu na minha mĂŁo e vi que um dos furos dele estava espanado e por causa disso o marceneiro colou essa parte em vez de trocar a peça naquele momento. Ao entrar em contato com a loja reconheceram o erro do marceneiro e ficaram de trocar. ApĂłs um mĂȘs o puxador chegou, mas era o escovado em vez de ser o cromado. Deixei o puxador errado e o com defeito na loja pessoalmente para que dessa vez a troca ocorresse sem problemas. TrĂȘs meses depois, a loja nĂŁo deu mais satisfação do ocorrido. EntĂŁo eu mesmo comprei um novo puxador e em uma hora fiz algo que nĂŁo fizeram em cinco meses.

The wardrobe purchased from the joinery arrived three days after the agreed delivery date. As I was not informed that the furniture was not ready yet, I spent the whole day waiting for delivery. After much questioning, the product finally arrived.
The product has good quality, but the assembly left a little to be desired. It is possible to see inside the wardrobe some spaces between one wood and another that could have been assembled with greater care.
After a few months of use, the handle came out in my hand and I saw that one of his holes was dug and because of that the joiner glued that part instead of changing the piece at that moment. Upon contacting the store, they recognized the joiner's error and were left to change. After a month the handle arrived, but it was brushed instead of chrome. I left the wrong handle and the defective one in the store personally so that this time the exchange would go smoothly. Three months later, the store was no longer satisfied with what had happened. So I bought a new handle myself and in an hour I did something that they didnât do in five months.
