★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais fecho serviço com eles. Muito enrrolados e não cumprem com o prazo, além de ser péssima atendida. Não indico pra ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, pois efetuei uma compra em Agosto com a promessa de entrega em 30 dias e até hoje o Sr Arnaldo não cumpriu ainda seu trabalho. Todo mês recebemos a promessa de até sexta e até hoje nada. Infelizmente esse estabelecimento recebe pelo serviço mas não realiza a tarefe. Alerto aos consumidores de Cacheiro para não sofrerem o mesmo problema que estou sofrendo com essa loja.
Bad experience, because I made a purchase in August with the promise of delivery in 30 days and to this day Mr Arnaldo has not yet done his job. Every month we receive the promise of until Friday and until today nothing. Unfortunately this establishment receives for the service but does not perform the task. I warn consumers in Cacheiro not to suffer the same problem that I am suffering with this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles mudaram o endereço (pela terceira vez, em pouco tempo... vai vendo...), então, liguei para saber o novo. Uma moça, tipo super ríspida atendeu. Pensei: pode ser que eu tenha ligado em um momento ruim, ok. Meu filho foi lá comprar material e acaba de me mandar mensagem dizendo que nunca mais entra lá. A proprietária disse que só vende no crédito a partir de 100 reais, falou com ele em tom exaltado e sem tirar os olhos do celular. Acho que foi com ela que falei ao telefone. Já tinha visto a baixa pontuação aqui e estranhei, pois eles eram a melhor empresa do ramo há uns anos. O forro daqui de casa foi com eles que fizemos, foram caprichosos, o atendimento era muito bom. Algo aconteceu. Algo não vai bem... Sinais. Você deve estar atento. A gente comprou apenas um produto. Contratar um serviço é bem mais caro e complexo.

The owner said she only sells on credit for 100 reais, spoke to him in an exalted tone and without taking her eyes off the cell phone. I think I talked to her on the phone. I had already seen the low score here and I was surprised, because they were the best company in the business a few years ago. The lining from here from home was with them we did, were capricious, the service was very good. Something happened. Something is not going well ... Signs. You must be aware. We just bought one product. Hiring a service is much more expensive and complex.
