A dona da loja me vendeu um prendedor de curtinas por 25 25 reais e me cobrou o par 50 reais e disse que na semana seguinte me entregaria o outro prendedor para formar o par. Mas na semana seguinte e na outra nada do prendedor.
Enfim fui até a loja desistindo do item mencionando e pedindo a troca por uma almofada. Enfim a dona da loja disse que trocaria pela almofada só que ela já havia me vendido 3 almofadas cada 35 reais. E na troca ela já disse que era 50 reais. Então desisti de trocar pois não achei justo o novo valor então pedi i dinheiro de volta o que não aconteceu .E o mais injusto de tudo foi que ela falou que o valor de 50 reais era por cada prendedor de curtidas ou seja o par 100 reais. Hora essa o par doa prendedores de plástico referidos acima custam 8 reais o par em qualquer loja d3 curtinas pois fui pesquisar. Ela disse que o preço era da loja ou seja super faturado e não me d3volveu o si jeito

Anyway, the owner of the store said she would change it for the pillow, but she had already sold me three pillows each for 35 reais. And in exchange she said it was 50 reais. So I gave up changing because I didn't think the new value was fair, so I asked for money back, which didn't happen. And the most unfair of all was that she said that the value of 50 reais was for each catch of tanned, that is the pair of 100 reais . At that time the pair of plastic fasteners mentioned above cost 8 reais a pair in any store d3 curtains because I went to search. She said that the price was from the store, that is to say, she was over invoiced and did not give me the way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço de confecção e instalação das cortinas para sala e quarto, quanto a cortina, nada a reclamar, a qualidade é aceitável, porém, atrasou em 15 dias a entrega, não cumprindo a instalação antes do prazo de nossa entrada no apartamento. Quanto a instalação, péssimo trabalho, recebi em minha residência as 16:45 (trazendo transtorno a instalação pois é condomínio) um instalador que entrou descalço, com 2 mochilas com algumas ferramentas que ele jogou no chão minha varanda, não tinha trena para cortar o trilho, não usou coletor de pó na máquina de furar, enchendo o apartamento inteiro de pó, não tinha escada, sujou minhas paredes recém pintadas com as mãos, não tinha nenhum epi ( óculos, bota, protetor auricular e etc) não tinha uniforme e crachá de identificação. Não falando mal do executor, era um senhor, explorado pela empresa!!! Resumindo a história, recebi as cortinas fora do prazo, no horário que não poderia fazer barulho, tive minhas paredes sujas e todo o apartamento tomado de pó. uma péssima prestação de serviço. Tentei contato com a Proprietária, a qual , na venda até em minha residência foi, mas na hora de me atender para reportar esse problema , não me deu sequer uma atenção, liguei para a loja física e deixei recado 2 vezes e não obtive retorno. Não indico para ninguém. PÉSSIMO TRABALHO, PESSIMA INSTALAÇÃO, PÉSSIMO PÓS VENDA!!!!!!!

As for the installation, terrible job, I received at my residence at 4:45 pm (making the installation inconvenient as it is a condominium) an installer who entered barefoot, with 2 backpacks with some tools he threw on the floor on my balcony, he had no tape to cut the rail, he did not use a dust collector in the drilling machine, filling the entire apartment with dust, he had no stairs, he soiled my newly painted walls with his hands, he had no epi (glasses, boots, ear protectors, etc.) he had no uniform and Identification badge. Not speaking ill of the executor, he was a man, exploited by the company!!! Long story short, I received the curtains after the deadline, at a time when they couldn't make noise, I had my walls dirty and the whole apartment dusted. a bad service delivery. I tried to contact the Owner, who, in the sale, even at my residence, but when she answered me to report this problem, she didn't even pay me any attention, I called the physical store and left a message twice and I didn't get a return. I don't recommend it to anyone. BAD JOB, BAD INSTALLATION, BAD AFTER SALE!!!!!!!
