Material de ótima qualidade, muito atencioso "até entregar o produto".
Ao realizarem a montagem do guarda-roupa planejado, bateram a ponta da caixaria do mesmo no piso, causando lasca e trinca neste piso.
Equipe de montagem super educada.
Após 04 meses de uso, as portas do guarda roupa, começaram a enroscar e travar.
Ligamos e falamos com o Sr. Adalberto, que por telefone sempre educado e se mostrava disposto a resolver o problema, marcaram uma data e vieram ajustar as portas, pois disse que era apenas questão de ajustes.
Após realizado os ajustes, o problema persistiu, entramos em contato novamente com o Sr. Adalberto, mas o mesmo somente atendia quando usávamos outro número de celular, mas sem agendar para ajustar as portas novamente.
Então fomos até o barracão e encontramos o Sr. Adalberto, que nos atendeu super bem, mas sem agendar data para ajustar as portas.
E até a presente data, Sr. Adalberto não retornou.
RESUMINDO
Ótimo atendimento, ótimo material.
Montagem deixa a desejar e pós venda NÃO DÃO IMPORTÂNCIA AO OCORRIDO E NEM SE IMPORTAM COM O CLIENTE.
I hired this company's built-in wardrobe service, directly from the owner, Mr. Adalberto.
Great quality material, very attentive "until you deliver the product".
When carrying out the assembly of the planned wardrobe, they hit the tip of the box on the floor, causing splinters and cracks in this floor.
Super polite assembly team.
After 4 months of use, the wardrobe doors began to screw and lock.
We called and talked to Mr. Adalberto, who was always polite on the phone and was willing to solve the problem, set a date and came to adjust the doors, because he said it was just a matter of adjustments.
After making the adjustments, the problem persisted, we contacted Mr. Adalberto again, but he only answered when we used another cell phone number, but without scheduling to adjust the doors again.
So we went to the shed and found Mr. Adalberto, who served us very well, but without scheduling a date to adjust the doors.
And to date, Mr. Adalberto has not returned.

Assembly leaves something to be desired and after sale they DO NOT CARE WHAT HAPPENED OR CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER.
