We were not happy with the after sales. The assembler is friendly but we blunders in planning that appeared in the project execution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei moveis de quarto na decorare, desde dezembro estao me devendo o termino da montagem, em Fevereiro enviaram as pecas erradas e ate hoje nao solucionaram o problema, na loha ningirm atende e o vendedor me responde por texto que esta em trânsito, o transporte demora 6 meses?
Detalhe exigiram pagamento a vista!!!
Nao comprem nessa empresa!!!!
I bought bedroom furniture at decorare, since December they owe me the finishing of the assembly, in February they sent the wrong pieces and until today they did not solve the problem, at loha ningirm answers and the seller answers me by text that is in transit, the shipping takes 6 months?

Bruno, fez questão de me atender pessoalmente e me ajudou, inclusive, com as medidas do móvel que encomendei. Atendimento de primeira, fui muito bem tratado. A empresa foi muito prestativa quanto a entrega e montagem, já que tinha algumas dificuldades pessoais para entrega em minha residência e eles fizeram de tudo para que o móvel fosse entregue. A entrega ocorreu até antes do prazo previsto. E fiquei muito satisfeito com o móvel, acabamento, medidas e estrutura perfeitas. Todos que vem em casa me perguntam onde mandei fazer o móvel, um balcão para cozinha com jogo de rodas, que me permite levá-lo para varanda. Trabalho de muita qualidade e valor justo! Recomendo a todos!

The company was very helpful in terms of delivery and assembly, since I had some personal difficulties for delivery to my home and they did everything to get the furniture delivered. Delivery took place even before the scheduled deadline. And I was very satisfied with the furniture, finish, measures and perfect structure. Everyone who comes home asks me where I had the furniture made, a kitchen counter with a set of wheels that allows me to take it to the balcony. High quality work and fair value! I recommend it to everyone!
