Atendimento deixa a desejar, tem q ter mais paciência com as pessoas de mais idade, e olha que é a maior clientela deles, falta mais opções de peças, pois algumas já estão bem defasadas. A qualidade a louça e da estampa dão muito boas.
Some cheap things but the interesting pieces are quite expensive, it seems over invoiced. Service leaves something to be desired, you have to have more patience with older people, and look that is the largest clientele of them, there is a lack of more parts options, as some are already well out of date. The quality of the dishes and the prints are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O trabalho é muito bom, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar. Não existe uma organização em relação a arte e aos prazos. A loja, as vezes, apresenta uma confusão de peças sobre o balcão. Há funcionários bastante atenciosos, mas parece que estão sempre muito apressados e a atenção nem sempre é a que se precisa, quando o serviço é personalizado.
Recomendo, pois creio que é a melhor no segmento de personalização de louças e porcelanas. E podiam atualizar a página na internet. O Instagram é melhor pra ver os trabalhos mais recentes.
The work is very good, but the service is lacking. There is no organization regarding art and deadlines. The store sometimes has a jumble of pieces on the counter. The staff are very attentive, but it seems they are always in a hurry and the attention is not always what you need when the service is personalized.
I recommend it, as I believe it is the best in the segment of customizing tableware and porcelain. And they could update the website. Instagram is better for seeing the latest work.
