★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da empresa há algum tempo. Contratei os serviços prestados para o dia 16 de dezembro 2019, as 16 horas. O técnico Mateus Araujo chegou as 15:20. Solicitamos que ele aguardasse o horário das 16 horas para que pudéssemos arrumar as crianças e liberar o apartamento para o serviço. As 16 horas , quando ele interfonou, foi liberada a entrada dele no prédio. Ele, por razões que desconhecemos, foi embora sem realizar o serviço e sem prestar qualquer satisfação. Há diversos registros meus pelo whatsapp, além de contato telefônico com a funcionária Viviane que me falou que o técnico Mateus Araujo não atendida as ligações. Eu desci para procurá-lo no prédio e não o encontrei. O técnico Mateus Araújo se mostrou irresponsável. A empresa, por sua vez, não soube gerenciar a questão e perdeu o cliente.
I have been a client of the company for some time. I hired the services provided for December 16, 2019, at 16 hours. Coach Mateus Araujo arrived at 15:20. We requested that he wait for the 4 pm time so that we could arrange the children and release the apartment for service. At 4 pm, when he intercommed, his entrance to the building was cleared. He, for reasons unknown to us, left without performing the service and without any satisfaction. There are several records of mine through whatsapp, as well as phone contact with employee Viviane who told me that technician Mateus Araujo missed the calls. I went down to look for him in the building and didn't find him. Coach Mateus Araújo was irresponsible. The company, in turn, could not manage the issue and lost the customer.

Super pontuais! Chegaram inclusive com 15 minutos de antecedência do agendado (de tirar o chapéu). Quanto a execução do serviço foi tudo confirme informado e explicado. Excelente, profissional educado e atencioso. Mesmo eu dizendo que nao precisava colocar o propé disse q iria colicar pq a bota estava suja. Avalia atentamente todo o cenário antes e te explica tudo que vai ocorrer, alem se o movel ja foi todo comprometido ou nao pelos cupins. As orientações pós serviço tb foram excelentes.
Super recomendo o serviço, até porque cupinm realmente é uma praga, tem que agir rapidamente nao perder tudo. Possui certificado de todos os produtos utilizados, o que me deixa ainda mais segura.

Super punctual! They even arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time (hats off). As for the execution of the service, everything was confirmed informed and explained. Excellent, professional, polite and attentive. Even though I said I didn't need to put the shoe on, I said I would collide because the boot was dirty. Carefully evaluate the entire scenario beforehand and explain everything that will happen, in addition to whether or not the furniture has already been compromised by termites. The after service instructions were also excellent.
I highly recommend the service, because termite really is a pest, you have to act quickly not to lose everything. It has certificate of all products used, which makes me even safer.
