Em nova ligação me informaram que o técnico estava com suspeita de COVID. Queriam marcar nova data para 5 dias depois. Atendimento absolutamente absurdo!!!
I booked the service two days in advance for 10:30 am. Before the scheduled time (9h: 56) they called me to say that the technician had a problem WITH THE MOTO and could not answer me. In a new call they informed me that the technician was suspicious of COVID. They wanted to set a new date for 5 days later. Absolutely absurd service !!!
