★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já pedi dezenas de vezes nesse estabelecimento e sempre elogiei. Nos últimos pedidos deixaram a desejar. Reclamei mas não deram bola e nem responderam. Dessa vez enviaram várias esfihas com queijo empilhadas numa caixa que não comporta todas, resultado, grudaram todas, na hora de desgrudar, arregaçaram as esfihas, uma situação constrangedora. Era a primeira vez que pedia para meu marido e disse que iria experimentar a melhor esfiha da vida dele. Me trataram com descaso e arrogância, eu esperava ao menos um pedido de desculpas, mas nem isso, nem queria a troca do produto ou cancelamento, eu poderia ser sacana e pedir cancelamento do produto, mas não irei me igualar a eles, só reportei às plataforma porque achei um absurdo ser destratada com esse descaso, mas também não peço nunca mais (e nem recomendo). Ah, as massas estavam ressecadas dessa vez, pareciam esfihas velhas que foram requentadas, sei porque notei a diferença pois, como já disse, cansei de pedir o mesmo produto a eles.

It was the first time that I asked my husband and said that I would try the best sfiha of his life. They treated me with contempt and arrogance, I expected at least an apology, but neither that, nor wanted the exchange of the product or cancellation, I could be naughty and ask for the cancellation of the product, but I will not match them, I only reported to platform because I thought it was absurd to be disliked with this neglect, but I also never ask for more (and I don't even recommend it). Ah, the pasta was dry this time, they looked like old sfihas that were reheated, I know why I noticed the difference because, as I said, I got tired of asking them for the same product.
