★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje tento ligar e ninguém atende. O atendimento das atendentes presencial pelo menos na época que dei entrada em um processo é bom, porém o defensor não. Quando ligava para mim era bem grosso, não explicava direito ou me passava informações que eu devia saber, era bem cru no que falava como se eu soubesse, parecia que eu estava mendigando e que o valor que eu argumentava se iria descontar e tal pois não entendia, ele dizia que não era nada, nada pra ele que recebe mais de 7mil como disse e pra gente que luta para sair um valor que tem direito que não é muito, faz diferença sim!!!
Me falava uma coisa por telefone e quando eu passava e-mail sobre aquilo já vinha com uma resposta seca e dizendo outra coisa.
Acho que o defensor é para nos defender, nos orientar nos ajudar...
Mas felizmente nem todos são assim....ainda há uma maioria que luta pela causa.

When he called me he was very rude, he didn't explain properly or give me information that I should know, he was very raw in what he said as if I knew, it seemed that I was begging and that the amount I argued would be discounted and so on. I understood, he said it was nothing, nothing for him who receives more than 7 thousand as he said and for people who struggle to get out an amount that he is entitled to, which is not much, it does make a difference!!!
He would tell me something over the phone and when I emailed about it, he would come back with a dry answer and saying something else.
I think the defender is to defend us, guide us, help us...
But fortunately not everyone is like that... there is still a majority that fights for the cause.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Todos os órgãos públicos já voltaram atender e este é o único que segue sem atender a população. Informam que o atendimento é remoto por email, porém, eles nem leem os emails, pois, seguem solicitando documentos já enviados. Tento contato por telefone e ninguém atende. A maioria da população não tem acesso a internet. Gostaria de saber quando pensam em retornar o atendimento presencial.
Terrible attendance. All public bodies have already returned to the service and this is the only one that continues without serving the population. They inform that the service is remote via email, however, they do not even read the emails, as they continue to request documents that have already been sent. I try to contact by phone and no one answers. Most of the population does not have access to the internet. I would like to know when they think about returning the face-to-face service.
