Tenho muita dificuldade no atendimento neste posto, sou de nova Iguaçu e tive que procurar este posto mas está sendo muito ruim pois é distante, gasto muita passagem e lá nunca informam direito os dias horários.
Exemplo: consegui agendar o primeiro atendimento após comparecer duas vezes no local que te atende na porta e fechada, então compareci pela terceira vez ,houve um início,mandaram que eu voltasse em outro dia para complementar documentos, marcaram o dia mas não hora, então imaginei que seria na mesma hora do atendimento anterior , quando cheguei lá ,outra decepção, não receberam os documentos porquê não era neste horário .
Fiquei muito desesperada diante de tanta maudade.

I have a lot of difficulty in attending this post, I am from Iguaçu and had to look for this post but it is being very bad because it is distant, I spend a lot of passage and there never inform the right days.
Example: I managed to schedule the first appointment after attending twice at the place that serves you at the door and closed, so I attended the third time, there was a start, I was sent back another day to supplement documents, marked the day but not time, so I figured it would be the same time as the previous service, when I got there, another disappointment, they did not receive the documents because it was not at this time.
I was very desperate for so much change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos pessoas que precisamos de ajuda dessa instituição mais infelizmente não somos atendidos de maneira que deveria isso e muito triste porque se a única justiça que você pode ter não te ajuda quem é quem vai fazer a justiça por você. Espero só em Deus a justiça dele não falha.
We are people who need help from this institution but unfortunately we are not served in a way that should be and very sad because if the only justice you can have does not help you who will do justice for you. I only hope in God his justice does not fail.

it's not under experience, but housing in my house my life i registered in 2014 i was not approved because i earned a real one by hand i have a high child i don't have my own house ar to resort
