★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pedir informações a respeito de um termo de renúncia é fui atendida na recepção por um funcionário extremamente grosseiro e despreparado que além de não saber a informação ainda fez insinuações inconvenientes sobre a natureza do pedido. Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A advogada nomeada nunca me atendeu pessoalmente, perdeu o prazo de contestação do processo e, ainda, alegou quebra de confiança. Não fui informada sobre a renúncia da mesma, nem por ela e muito menos pela Defensoria. Fiquei completamente perdida, sem nenhuma assessoria e isso me gerou danos financeiros. Só descobri que ela havia renunciado após ela perder o prazo. Fiquei esperando ela agendar para levar toda a documentação e confiei na palavra dela. Voltei 6 dias, após a nomeação da advogada, à Defensoria, para tentar a substituição de advogado porque a mesma não respondia o WhatsApp e não agendava presencialmente comigo. Voltei mais uma vez à Defensoria para tentar outra nomeação e me informaram que nada podiam fazer. No entanto, descobri através da Cartilha da OAB, recentemente, que deveriam ter me informado sobre a renúncia e nomeado outro advogado, por lei. Continuo tentando resolver a questão após 2 anos.
The named lawyer never attended me personally, missed the deadline for contesting the case and even claimed breach of trust. I was not informed about her resignation, neither by her nor by the Defender's Office. I was completely lost, without any advice and this caused me financial damage. I only found out that she had resigned after she missed the deadline. I was waiting for her to schedule to take all the documentation and I took her word for it. I returned 6 days after the lawyer's appointment, to the Defender's Office, to try to replace the lawyer because she didn't answer WhatsApp and didn't schedule in person with me. I went back to the Defender's Office once more to try another appointment and was informed that there was nothing they could do. However, I found out through the OAB Primer recently that they should have informed me about the resignation and appointed another lawyer, by law. I keep trying to resolve the issue after 2 years.
