★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei e fui atendido prontamente. Porém gostaria de um maior empenho! Pois o risco de desabamento de é eminente é uma tragédia anunciada, será muito triste saber que acionamos a Defesa Civil e não adiantou!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita burocracia para coisas muito simples de serem resolvidas, infelizmente. Meu pai já foi lá muitas vezes e nada foi resolvido. Agora minha avó de 86 anos terá que ir lá pessoalmente apenas p tirarem uma árvore de frente a casa dela e outra pessoa não pode solicitar a retirada por ela. Vai entender.
Too much bureaucracy for very simple things to be resolved, unfortunately. My father has been there many times and nothing has been resolved. Now my 86-year-old grandmother will have to go there in person just to have a tree removed in front of her house and someone else cannot request removal for her. Go figure.

Minha amiga não tem condições de subir escadas e uma senhora muito educada e prestativa chamada Vera (se não me engano) nos atendeu ali embaixo e subiu algumas vezes e voltou com os papéis e informações necessárias para que fosse resolvido e providenciadas as solicitações. Muito obrigado.
I was at the unit on April 25, 2022, and we were very well attended. My friend is unable to climb stairs and a very polite and helpful lady named Vera (if I'm not mistaken) attended to us downstairs and went up a few times and came back with the necessary papers and information to resolve and provide the requests. Thank you very much.
