★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dia 28/01/2022 tive um agendamento para fazer o retoque da minha sombracelha pela 2 vez cheguei as 10:40 subi para atendimento 11:15 a profissional pediu pra mim deita na maca q ela ja vinha ela desceu e subiu com o marcos q se apresentou como o gerente do espaco nisso eles ficaram falado q minha sombracelha era uma tatuagem q minha pele era oleosa eles em quase uma hora me constrangeram falaram q eu tinha q fazer novo procedimento pedi pra ver minha ficha pra saber o q foi usado nos meus procedimentos nao me mostraram nem as fotos q mandei e q tiraram nao tinha sai de la chorando mas de 12 meio dia chorando e nao fizeram a minha sombacelha sai de la chorando eles me constrageram na frente de cliente q estava sendo atendida dos colaboradores que la estava Foi muito desagradável do jeito q fui abordada já na maca pra começar o procedimento. O mas triste q marquei um dia antes do meu aniversário sai de lá muito chateada e não fui atendida eles já tinham me deixado bem pra baixo eu não paguei barato no meu procedimento !
On 01/28/2022 I had an appointment to have my eyebrows retouched for the 2nd time I arrived at 10:40 I went up for service at 11:15 the professional asked me to lie on the stretcher as she was already coming she went down and up with the milestones that introduced himself as the manager of the space in that they were told that my eyebrow was a tattoo that my skin was oily they embarrassed me in almost an hour they said that I had to do a new procedure I asked to see my file to know what was used in my procedures They didn't even show me the photos I sent and they took I didn't leave there crying but at 12 noon crying and they didn't make my eyebrows leave crying they embarrassed me in front of a customer who was being attended by the employees who were there It was a lot unpleasant the way I was approached already on the stretcher to start the procedure. The saddest thing is that I booked the day before my birthday, I left there very upset and I was not attended to, they had already let me down I didn't pay cheap for my procedure!
