★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bem localizado, mas péssimo atendimento fui com minha mãe e meu pai a primeira vez e pretendo não voltar mais. O atendente do caixa que certamente é o dono só se preocupa em cobrar. Falamos com ele e nos deixou falando sozinho e atendeu a próxima pessoa enquanto ainda estava falando. Não atendeu minha dúvida tão pouco fez questão de me oferecer o cardápio. Nos tratou como nosso pedido fizesse a mínima para ele.
Well located place, but terrible service I went with my mom and dad the first time and I intend not to return. The cashier who is certainly the owner is only concerned with collecting. We talked to him and left us talking to himself and attended the next person while he was still talking. My question was not answered, nor did he insist on offering me the menu. He treated us as our request did the least for him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fiz um pedido de 2 açaí de 500ml. Porém, como na maioria dos meus pedidos, há confusão, com algum item e valor . Pedi meu açaí 20:23hs e até agora nada. Disseram que o dia foi corrido. Ok. Mas quase 2hs de atraso, não é legal. O açaí é gostoso, mas só se for pra comer no ambiente, porque pars entrega, a atendente sempre faz confusão e leva uma vida para chegar. Faço essa reclamação pq já passaram de 3x que erram meu pedido e agora não serei mais cliente. Uma pena.
Today I placed an order for 2 500ml açaí. However, as with most of my orders, there is confusion, with some item and value. I ordered my açaí 20: 23hs and so far nothing. They said the day was busy. Okay. But almost 2 hours late, it's not cool. Açaí is delicious, but only if it is to eat in the environment, because pars delivers, the attendant always makes a mess and takes a lifetime to arrive. I make this complaint because it is already 3x that my order is wrong and now I will not be a customer. A feather.

As 15:36 começaram a preparar o pedido.
16:30 saiu pra entrega, deu 17:00, 17:10, mandei mensagem pro restaurante perguntando se ia demorar? Responderam que já estava chegando.deu 17:20,17:30,17:40 e nada. Quando deu 17:50 cancelaram meu pedido. Enfim, precisa melhorar o atendimento pois independente do valor que seja o produto a qualidade tem que ser a mesma. Pois se não conseguem atender a demanda de pedido. Não aceite. Pois a gente fica esperando né,além de tudo estamos pagando não estamos pedindo nada de graça.
