Chegamos em 5 adultos e 3 crianças, ficamos aguardando uma mesa no espaço externo quando a mesa vagou outras pessoas que estavam no espaço interior ocuparam essa mesa. Quando finalmente conseguimos sentar e pedimos para que assim que vagassem uma mesa no espaço externo eles responderam dizendo que não podiam.
Os garçons não sabem trabalhar, ficamos um bom tempo esperando os lanches e nem se quer ofereceram a bebida nesse meio tempo, muito mal treinados.
O espaço interno é muito mal aproveitado
Bad, bad service. We arrived with 5 adults and 3 children, we were waiting for a table in the outdoor space when the table vacated other people who were in the interior space occupied this table. When we finally managed to sit down and asked that as soon as there was a table in the outside space, they replied saying they couldn't.
The waiters don't know how to work, we spent a long time waiting for snacks and they didn't even offer drinks in the meantime, very poorly trained.
The internal space is very poorly utilized.
