Paguei no ato, e me prometeram que o produto ficaria pronto em meia hora e logo sairia para entrega, paguei o frete, e depois de eu ter que ficar ligando insistentemente para saber o pq do atraso de horas e de não me responderem descubro que a dona mora no mesmo bairro que eu e só ia fazer a entrega que me foi cobrada, no momento em que retornasse pra casa dela. (7horas depois do pedido).
Não cumprem os prazos que os mesmos dão.
Ignoram o cliente se fazendo necessário ligar para ter um atendimento (grosseiro e desrespeitoso).
Terrible service, arrogance, unpreparedness and bad faith.
I paid on the spot, and they promised me that the product would be ready in half an hour and would soon be delivered, I paid the shipping, and after I had to keep calling insistently to find out why the hours were late and they didn't answer me, I found out that the owner lives in the same neighborhood as me and would only deliver the delivery that was charged to me, when I returned to her house. (7 hours after ordering).
They do not meet the deadlines they give.
They ignore the customer if it is necessary to call for a service (gross and disrespectful).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não encontrei muita variedade. Atendente quando percebeu que não encontrei o que procurada, deixou de falar comigo e não me ofereceu mais opções. Amo produzir artesanato com MDF, espero que tenha sido apenas um dia ruim, pois, é o único estabelecimento dessa categoria próximo de onde resido. Pretendo retornar.
