A começar pela recepção, fui tentar agendar uma consulta e a recepcionista extremamente sem paciência, sem educação, não sei qual motivo dela trabalhar com publico.
no final não marquei nada, pois se na recepção é assim imagina no consultório.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje 04/11/2021 na clínica para passar em consulta com a Dr. Juliana, a mesma me atendeu de forma exemplar e maravilhosa, há anos eu procurava uma dentista que atendesse meu convênio e que fosse uma boa profissional, finalmente achei.
Recomendo a Dr. Juliana para todos, ela sabe tratar um paciente, é acolhedora e muito atenciosa.
A clínica está passando por reforma para atender melhor aos pacientes.
Quanto a avaliação da recepção, deixou a desejar, precisam de mais treinamento para melhorar o atendimento ao público, é preciso mais paciência e atenção.

I was at the clinic today 11/04/2021 to consult with Dr. Juliana, she treated me in an exemplary and wonderful way, for years I had been looking for a dentist who would attend my health insurance and who would be a good professional, I finally found it.
I recommend Dr. Juliana to everyone, she knows how to treat a patient, is welcoming and very attentive.
The clinic is undergoing renovation to better serve patients.
As for the reception evaluation, it left something to be desired, they need more training to improve the service to the public, more patience and attention are needed.
Very good clinic rating.
My dentist's rating is a thousand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz tratamento de cárie e acabaram com meus dentes, tive que buscar outro profissional para reparar os erros do meu dente. A única doutora boa que tinha aí era a Doutora Juliana.
I had caries treatment and they ended up with my teeth, I had to look for another professional to repair the errors in my tooth. The only good doctor there was Dr Juliana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já passava na clínica a mais de um ano ali oque interessa é o dinheiro cheguei 15 minuto atrasada com minha filha não me atenderam ,pois não irei nunca mais a esse lugar .o atendimento é horrível a recepção muito mal educada te atendem com má voltade pessoal não percao seu tempo nesse lugar parece linha de produção. I had been at the clinic for more than a year there, what matters is the money I arrived 15 minutes late with my daughter, they did not help me, because I will never go to this place again. don't waste your time in this place it looks like a production line. Date 03/31/2021.

Atendimento HORRÍVEL.
Recepcionista mal educada ao agendar e faltando 1 dia pra consulta, simplesmente desmarcam sem nem dar a opção de remarcação.
Fujam, tem outras infinitamente melhores!

Você não consegue fazer nada rápido nessa clínica, tudo demora muitos dias para reagendar. Não recomendo. Péssimo atendimento.
