Convertedora GNV como qualquer outra. O PONTO FORTE fica por conta da vendedora Soraia: atenciosa, prestativa e pronta a solucionar os imprevistos que surgem em qualquer instalação de kit GNV. No meu caso, ela não só fez a negociação comigo do kit, bem como acompanhou, até o final, a instalação. Nota 1000 pra Soraia.?? Quanto ao kit GNV, até o momento, superou as minhas expectativas, pois o carro ficou ótimo com a 5a geração.?

Empresa com 19 anos no mercado instalou meu gás deixando um niple sem aperto, quando completei o gás e saí com o carro do posto começou um enorme vazamento colocando a vida da minha família em risco. A caixinha que troca de combustível veio ruim, fui trocar e não tinham no estoque, tiraram de um outro carro que estava fazendo a instalação para colocar no meu carro e a caixinha que estava ruim vcs já imaginam para onde foi, né. Estou arrependido de ter colocado gás nessa empresa, ando de carro preocupado em que pode vir acontecer.

Me venderam um kit e instalaram outro em maio de 2021. Fiz reclamação e solicitação do produto correto e até hoje ficam enrolando que não tem estoque. O kit que comprei é o dobro do valor do que foi instalado e ainda não instalaram o bico traseiro, ou seja, serviço incompleto e de má fé da loja. Estou acionando a justiça.
They sold me a kit and installed another one in May 2021. I made a complaint and requested the correct product and to this day they keep talking that they don't have stock. The kit I bought is twice the value of what was installed and the rear nozzle has not yet been installed, that is, incomplete service and in bad faith by the store. I'm going to court.

Coloquei o gás por indicação porém foi uma péssima escolha. Até hoje vários meses depois não colocaram a válvula externa. Já fui a loja, liguei, enviei whatsapp e nada resolvem. Só falam que irão agendar porém nada realizam. E além disso tive vários problemas onde precisei voltar diversas vezes a loja. A delgas sempre foi referência em colocar GNV porém a de santa cruz infelizmente tem deixado a desejar.

I've been to the store, called, sent whatsapp and nothing solves. They only say that they will schedule but they do nothing. And besides that I had several problems where I had to go back to the store several times. Delgas has always been a reference in placing CNG, but the one in Santa Cruz has unfortunately left something to be desired.

Péssima experiência!!! Pra começar, deixei meu carro de manhã disseram que eu era o terceiro e até 5 horas entregariam o carro ,6 horas da tarde não tinha feito nada no carro apenas tiraram os plásticos de cima do motor e me falaram que já tinha montado a parte da frente mentira! Depois fui obrigado a atrasar meu trabalho no dia seguinte disseram que entregariam o carro 11 horas, ficou pronto meio dia! Blz fui embora cheguei em casa vi que não colocaram os parafusos do plástico que da acabamento na mala do carro, devido a correria do trabalho voltei lá 2 semanas depois ficaram no jogo do empurra empurra(ah foi o fulano que mexeu não foi o ciclano) moral sai de lá sem os parafusos e não se prontificaram a resolver meu problema, o carro começou a molhar o assoalho no espaço do passageiro hoje q tive um tempo fui eu desentupir a mangueira do suspiro do ar condicionado ( coisa que acontece) pra minha surpresa tiraram a mangueira do suspiro e a ponta que fica na saída do suspiro colocaram uns caminhos do gás precisando e fechando totalmente a saída, por isso a agua esta indo toda pra dentro do carro irei lá assim que tiver tempo postarei aqui o que vão desenrolar, resumindo, péssimos profissionais estão lá pra cumprir horario e jamais pra agradar o cliente! Procurem outros pressionar!!!

Blz I left, I got home I saw that they didn't put the plastic screws in the trunk of the car, due to the rush of work I went back there 2 weeks later they stayed in the push game (oh it was the guy who moved, it wasn't the cyclan) morale got out of there without the screws and they weren't ready to solve my problem, the car started to wet the floor in the passenger's space today when I had some time I went to unclog the air conditioning vent hose (thing that happens) to my surprise they removed the hose from the vent and the end that is at the outlet of the vent, they put some gas paths in need and completely closing the outlet, so the water is all going into the car I will go there as soon as I have time I will post here what will unfold, in short, terrible professionals are there to meet their schedule and never to please the customer! Look for others to press!!!

Péssima experiência. O pré venda foi sensacional. Ofertado desconto, brinde, bom atendimento e suporte em todas as lojas da rede. Durante o serviço houveram várias situações desconfortáveis e inesperadas. A atendente precisou se ausentar antes do término do meu serviço e passou o atendimento para outra menina que foi extremamente grosseria e nada profissional. Eu havia combinado com a primeira atendente de buscar meu carro entre 17:00 e 17:30 e a outra atendentes ligou as 15:30 dizendo que o carro estava pronto que era pra eu ir buscar. Eu disse a ela que estava em um compromisso e que eu havia me programado para ir no horário combinado. Ela disse que ia embora e que nada podia fazer. Eu argumentei com ela e ela foi grosseira comigo dizendo que minha atendente tinha ido embora e que ela estava me fazendo um favor. Eu infelizmente tive que apelar e disse que se eu chegasse lá e o carro estivesse trancado na oficina eu ia chamar a polícia pois eles não podiam trancar meu carro na loja sendo que o combinado era buscar o carro entre 17 e 17:30. Cheguei lá as 17:10 e mandaram eu ir abastecer o carro com gás e retornar a loja. Eu questionei que não havia sido explicado nada daquilo. E a mesma atendente disse ironicamente: sinto muito. Abasteça 15 reais e retorne. Eu fiz o procedimento e retornei. Ela me entregou minha documentação me explicou muito mal e porcamente (com pressa de ir embora) sobre homologação e não me entregou o documento da homologação. Disse que iam mandar depois por e-mail. Me disse que pra reposição de peças eu tenho que ir na loja de instalação e não poderia ser em qualquer loja da rede, o que não foi explicado no pré venda. Além disso, foi prometido o brinde de uma válvula externa, que não foi colocada e nem dada. Enfim, péssima experiência. Não recomendo. Péssimo atendimento do comercial. A única coisa boa são os mecânicos que são gentis e educados.

He told me that for replacement parts I have to go to the installation store and it couldn't be in any store on the network, which was not explained in the pre-sale. In addition, the gift of an external valve was promised, which was neither placed nor given. All in all, bad experience. I do not recommend. Bad customer service.
