★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A melhor propaganda é o boca a boca! E o que ouvi dizer, por uma grande amiga, é que é uma cilada comprar desta empresa. Além de ouvir, vi as fotos dos produtos lindos (!), porém com medição errada (!!!) e ainda atribuindo responsabilidade ao instalador.
Vai uma estrela pq não tem como postar sem... E fica a dica aí para vc não pagar de bobo, além de pagar mesmo, já que o pós venda que é a decepção!

O palpite é meu e tô dando de graça... Me escuta se quiser... E leia os comentários negativos aqui e leiam as respostas padrão da empresa de me "envia seu código de compra aí"....
The best advertising is word of mouth! And what I've heard from a great friend is that it's a trap to buy from this company. In addition to listening, I saw the photos of the beautiful products (!), but with the wrong measurement (!!!) and still attributing responsibility to the installer.
There's a star because there's no way to post without... And here's the tip so you don't pay as a fool, in addition to paying, since the after-sales is the disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha arquiteta me indicou, mesmo assim fiz uma pesquisa na internet pela Marmoraria, e me chamou muita a atenção as avaliações do Google, algumas negativas que não combinam com a experiência de trabalho que minha arquiteta tem e garante, (e agora a minha) fechei o pedido e resolvi aguardar finalizar as entregas para vir avaliar. Pois bem, tive uma grata surpresa, superou minhas expectativas, o atendimento é impecável, os materiais de altíssima qualidade, fora o maquinário extremamente moderno (além das chapas do mármore eles mostram como trabalham), prestaram toda assessoria até a entrega final (17/09/21), o material veio todo embalado, com etiquetas e manuais colados, super indico a marmoraria! Nota 10 para Del Rei e toda sua equipe!
My architect recommended me, even so I did an internet search for Marmoraria, and Google's ratings caught my attention, some negative that do not match the work experience that my architect has and guarantees, (and now mine) I closed the order and I decided to wait to finish the deliveries before coming to evaluate. Well, I had a pleasant surprise, it exceeded my expectations, the service is impeccable, the materials of the highest quality, apart from the extremely modern machinery (in addition to the marble sheets they show how they work), they provided all the advice until the final delivery (17/ 09/21). Note 10 to Del Rei and his entire team!

Parabéns a todos pelo excelente trabalho, indico de olhos fechados. Voltarei outras vezes para mais experiência. ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei por indicação da minha arquiteta, que diz ser a primeira vez que trabalha com a empresa. Recebemos as peças embaladas com um projeto super bem feito para orientação dos pedreiros. Somos muito exigentes e faço questão de acompanhar todo o processo, mas mesmo assim fui surpreendida positivamente em alto nível. Quando o pedreiro ficou em dúvida, recebemos um vídeo com a orientação de instalação. Em fim, não sou muito de comentar na internet, mas essa empresa merece pela dedicação em atender bem. Nota 1000. Foi e está sendo horrível! NÃO RECOMENDO de forma alguma!!!
Fizemos o pedido no dia 12/04/2019 de uma bancada de cozinha e banheiro e a medição só ocorreu 11 dias depois (23/04).
No dia da entrega das peças (13/05) me ligaram pela manhã para definir a posição do cooktop - tive decidir na hora e por telefone as medidas laterais na bancada seca, sendo que o fogão já estava em posse deles desde o dia 24/04!! Além disso o entregador totalmente despreparado, dizendo ser sobrinho do dono da empresa, desrespeitou meu pedreiro.
Para minha surpresa e decepção, o fogão ficou a 3 cm da borda!!! 3 cm!!!! impossível de se usar os queimadores dianteiros do fogão!!
Desde então venho reclamando até que no dia 04/06 uma funcionária foi conferir e constatou o erro (no desenho o corte para o fogão estava centralizado no projeto). Hoje é dia 11/04 e ainda não retornaram para cortar a pedra (solução sugerida na visita de conferência).
Estou pagando por um serviço ruim, funcionários que não retornam e ainda ficarei com a bancada "recortada e emendada".

It was and is being horrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!!
We made the request on 04/12/2019 of a kitchen and bathroom counter and the measurement occurred only 11 days later (04/23).
On the day of delivery of the pieces (05/13) they called me in the morning to define the position of the cooktop - I had to decide on the hour and by telephone the lateral measurements on the dry bench, and the stove was already in their possession from the 24 / 04 !! Moreover, the totally unprepared deliveryman, claiming to be the owner's nephew, disrespected my mason.
To my surprise and disappointment, the stove was 3 cm from the edge !!! 3 cm !!!! impossible to use the front cooker burners !!
Since then I have been complaining until on 04/06 an employee went to check and found the error (in the drawing the cut for the stove was centralized in the project). Today is April 11 and have not yet returned to cut the stone (solution suggested in the conference visit).
I'm paying for a bad service, employees who do not return, and I'll still have the "trimmed and mended" workbench.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu noivo fomos até a loja para fazer um orçamento em 26/03, o vendedor informou que iria demorar para orçar todos os detalhes do projeto e que encaminharia pelo whatsapp posteriormente. Cobramos o retorno apos 1 semana aguardando. Foi informado que seria encaminhado em breve. Desde então aguardsmos este "em breve".
Uma decepção pois estávamos muito interessados em fechar negócio mas se para um orçamento não fazem questão nem de dar retorno, imagina para a entrega do serviço.
My fiance and I went to the store to make a budget on 03/26, the seller informed that it would take time to budget all the details of the project and that he would forward it through whatsapp later. We charge the return after 1 week waiting. It was informed that it would be forwarded soon. Since then we've been waiting for this "coming soon".
A disappointment because we were very interested in closing a deal but if for a budget they don't even make a point of returning, imagine for the delivery of the service.
