Demoraram para entregar e para montar os móveis. Mais de um mês com aquele monte de caixas no meio da casa. Faltaram peças e ainda algumas com defeitos, essas demoraram mais ainda para serem entregues e montadas. Liguei inúmeras vezes, pedi e reclamei mas nada disso adiantou, entregaram no dia que quiseram, cada dia um setor jogava a culpa no outro.
Muito desgaste. Muito desrespeito com o consumidor.
Lousy after sale.
They took time to deliver and assemble the furniture. More than a month with that pile of boxes in the middle of the house. Parts were missing and some with defects, these took even longer to be delivered and assembled. I called countless times, asked and complained but none of this worked, they delivered the day they wanted, each day one sector blamed the other.
Too much wear and tear. Very disrespect for the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja marcou entrega de sofá pra dia 17/08, hoje, e não cumpriu entrega. Liguei várias vezes para confirmar a entrega quando atenderam ficaram de ligar pro motorista e me retornar. Não me retornaram, tive que ligar novamente insistentemente até que atenderam o telefone e só aí foram olhar na rota do motorista e me falar que não ia realizar a entrega. Tudo muito bom até pegarem o nosso dinheiro. Depois total descaso. Meu noivo ficou até tarde da madrugada providenciando a limpeza da sala para não realizarem a entrega no dia marcado. Total descaso.
Store scheduled delivery of sofa for August 17, today, and did not fulfill delivery. I called several times to confirm delivery when they answered they called the driver and returned me. They did not return me, I had to call again insistently until they answered the phone and only then went to look in the driver's route and tell me that would not make the delivery. All very well until they take our money. After total neglect. My fiance stayed late in the morning arranging to clean the room so that they could not deliver on the scheduled day. Total neglect.
