★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando não há distribuição de senhas a Receita poderia pelo menos tentar comunicar por meio de algum tipo de aviso no site , por exemplo, pois é uma falta de respeito com o contribuinte, comparecer até agencia, sair de lugares distantes, gastar dinheiro e não ser atendido. Os serviços oferecidos pelos atendentes poderia também se padronizado para que não ocorresse de haver pedidos de documentos diferentes por atendentes deferentes para o mesmo serviço.
