★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Minha mãe com prioridade de atendimento e ficamos mais de 1h e 30 min aguardando. O atendente não solicitou a documentação certa, confundindo tudo q foi solicitado, chamando por nomes errados. Enfim ... funcionário confuso! Pedi para ele verificar se meu pedido iria para a fila novamente ele disse q não sabia me dizer ... q eu teria q aguardar ainda mais ... estou aqui, e logo completaria 2hrs de chá de cadeira.
Terrible attendance. My mother with priority care and we were more than 1h and 30 minutes waiting. The attendant did not request the correct documentation, confusing everything that was requested, calling for the wrong names. Anyway... confused employee! I asked him to check if my order would go to the queue again he said he didn't know how to tell me... I would have to wait even longer... I'm here, and soon would complete 2hrs of highchair tea.

Sendo que o contribuite tem o direito de ser atendido e sanar suas dúvidas sesse falho "sistema RFB" tão complexo e confuso... PS. NÃO EXISTE DINHEIRO PÚBLICO! EXISTE DINHEIRO DO CONTRIBUINTE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falar no telefone, esquece. Se tivessem um simples atendimento telefônico, evitariam muitas visitas presenciais, que aumentam a fila. agora vou precisar ir no local, gastar tempo, meu e de quem estiver atrás de mim na fila, além da gasolina, pra fazer uma pergunta simples.
Talking on the phone, forget it. If they had a simple telephone service, they would avoid many face-to-face visits, which increase the queue. now I'm going to need to go to the place, spend time, mine and whoever's behind me in line, in addition to gasoline, to ask a simple question.
