★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recusara-se a fazer meu BO porque “Até agora você não teve prejuízo só pq seu dispositivo foi hackeado, espere ter prejuízo”. Se alguém hackeou meu dispositivo, lclaro q teve prejuízo pois nunca mais funcionou como deveria. Precisa mesmo explicar isso para , hmmm, ditos especialistas?
 I refused to do my BO because "So far you have not had damage just because your device has been hacked, expect to have injury". If someone hacked into my device, lclaro q reported a net loss for never worked as it should. Do you really need to explain this to, hmmm, so-called experts?

I would like to thank the efforts of the entire team, in returning an Iphone cell phone, I had been robbed in June / 2019 here in São Paulo-Sp, and 2 months later I was notified that it had been rescued, delegate Meneses notified me and the clerk Tiago took charge of sending me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezados amigos.. estamos em um década tecnológica , vamos deixar esse negocio de telefone para antigamente , pois hoje dispomos de uma ferramenta que você pode facilmente abrir um boletim de ocorrência no próprio site da secretaria com a mesma eficácia se fosse em um delegacia. A equipe da delegacia deve esta em campo e ou nos afazeres para capturar os criminosos. É sabido que trabalham de uma forma precária e sem insensitivo e sem investimento devido. Parabens e Equipe e força e determinação! Abraços a todos!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam criar uma plataforma para abrir Boletim de Ocorrência igual a Polícia Civil. Muito melhor do que ter que se dirigir até a delegacia, e ainda correr o risco de não ser atendido. Existem muitas pessoas passando por problemas parecidos, pelo que li nos comentários.
They should create a platform to open a police report like the Civil Police. Much better than having to go to the police station, and still run the risk of not being attended to. There are a lot of people going through similar problems, from what I read in the comments.
