★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível. Não recomendo o serviço de RG para ninguém. Não vale nem uma estrela. Além de ter ficha contada no dia que eu fui deram 20 fichas e só atenderam 10. A pessoa que coleta os dados não é profissional. Fuma na cara de quem tiver lá. Seja criança ou idoso. Uma sala pequena e apertada e o ser humano fumando enquanto trabalha. Bem mau humorado também. Fora a demora em receber. Já se vao quase 6 meses e eu paguei para não receber meu RG. Simplesmente não recebi nada ainda. O ITB deveria prestar atenção nisso. 6 meses para receber um documento de identificação é um absurdo. Principalmente custando no bolso do cidadão.
Não perca seu tempo. Vá até Recife ou Vitória de Santo antão . Esse lugar não presta.
