★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita espera, todas as vezes que precisamos do serviço da polícia passamos além do trauma do ocorrido uma enorme espera, não podemos culpar a polícia, contudo o governo deveria implantar algo mais simplificado para que pudéssemos abrir o B.O de forma mais ágil para casos em que o B.O tem que ser aberto presencialmente.
 A lot of waiting, every time we need the police service we go beyond the trauma of what happened an enormous wait, we cannot blame the police, however the government should implement something more simplified so that we could open the BO more quickly in cases where the BO must be opened in person.
