★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei ir até lá em duas situações. Uma por perda de documentos e outra para tomar informações sobre um caso. Ambas as vezes fui atendido com uma educação exemplar pelos escrivães que estavam atendendo em cada situação. É perceptível a falta de recursos porém os profissionais que ali atendem são muito dedicados e deveriam ser mais valorizados. Na segunda vez que fui estava lotada e fui orientado como resolver meu problema pela internet ou voltar em horários que o profissional indicou terem menor demanda. Estão de parabéns pelo trabalho. Espero que tenham melhor estrutura e recursos pois força de vontade é comprovadamente visível.
I had to go there in two situations. One for loss of documents and one for taking information about a case. Both times I was attended with an exemplary education by the clerks who were attending in every situation. It is noticeable the lack of resources but the professionals who attend it are very dedicated and should be more valued. The second time I went it was crowded and I was advised how to solve my problem on the internet or go back at times that the professional indicated have lower demand. Congratulations on the job. I hope they have better structure and resources because willpower is proven to be visible.

Ressalta-se que por vezes o plantão está cheio, porém o atendente deixa claro que é possível registrar a grande maioria das ocorrências pela internet, sendo desnecessária a espera pelo atendimento presencial. Uma novidade excelente.
