★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado, foi tanto descaso com a minha queixa que eu me senti o próprio criminoso. Fui fazer um boletim de flagrante demorei 4 horas no local, quando eu ia pedir informações para saber quando eu poderia ter o processo concluído não me davam atenção. Haviam mais pessoa aguardando lá dentro, por conta da pandemia sai para parte de fora, havia um funcionário conversando com outra pessoa e eu estava atrás dele, ele olhou para trás e falou pra mim "sai daí que eu vou peidar" e realizou o ato, 3 minutos depois ele fez a mesma coisa. Fiquei constrangido com tanta falta de respeito e educação, partindo do princípio que como cidadão e também cliente, se fosse uma empresa privada esse tipo de atendimento não teria ocorrido.
Ainda sim fui embora do local sem saber se havia formalizar a ação. Ficaram de me enviar o boletim por e-mail e nunca mandaram.

There were more people waiting inside, because of the pandemic, he went outside, there was an employee talking to someone else and I was behind him, he looked back and said to me "get out of there, I'll fart" and performed the act , 3 minutes later he did the same thing. I was embarrassed by such a lack of respect and politeness, assuming that as a citizen and also a client, if it were a private company, this type of service would not have occurred.
Still I left the place not knowing if there was to formalize the action. They kept sending me the newsletter by e-mail and never sent it.
I do not recommend!!
