★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 23/11/19 fui ao hospital Sao Luiz de São Caetano para fazer um procedimento de colonoscopia e endoscopia eu ao chegar me dirigi ao sexto andar por volta das 9:15 da manhã para poder pedir para ir no banheiro e fazer o exame e explicar que vim da baixada santista e estava muito apertada para evacuar e ja estava sem dormir a noite toda.
Fui ao banheiro e esqueci meu casaco lá e fui dar entrada na recepção ao me lembrar do casaco fui no banheiro e ele não estava mais .
Pedi na recepção p ver se alguem devolveu e nada.
Fomos ate a lider do hospital que juntamente com o chefe da segurança nos fez esperar mais de 3 horas para dizer que não viu quem levou e se não houvesse como consumar o fato não poderia dizer nome de pacientes que ele mesmo afirmou ter furtado meu casaco vermelho da marca lança perfume que meu filho me deu de presente no dia das mães.
Hoje ao ligar para o hospital e relatar novamente o fato a Corcierge sra Carla afirma em ligação feita pelo meu celular que logo apos eu sair uma acompanhante de um paciente sai com meu casaco do banheiro e coloca na bolsa dela nitidamente nas cameras do hospital.
Eu peço p me dar o número deste paciente para pedir para devolver e ela se recusa.
Peço a filmagem das câmeras e ela se recusa e diz que somente um mandado de um juiz p me dar mais informações! Bem vamos entrar na justica contra o paciente e o hospital.
Cuidado qdp forem a este lugar pois lá está sendo frequentado por pessoas má caráter e ladras.
Irei registrar um BO boletim de ocorrência nesta delegacia.
