★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente ao comprar pneus no hiper da gruta não temos outra opção a não ser fazer a montagem com eles, já que a montagem é grátis lógico que pagamos pelo alinhamento e balanceamento, até ai tudo bem mas durante o serviço que por sinal é muito lento, o cara fica o tempo todo procurando e oferecendo serviços pra fazer, empura cambagem, freios, troca de óleo e o que mais puder pra você gastar uma grana lá. Tudo bem oferecer o serviço é uma coisa, agora forçar e incomodar o cliente é outra coisa, sem falar na simpatia para não dizer o contrário do pessoal do balcão. Não volto mais!
Unfortunately when buying tires in the hyper of the cave we have no other option but to do the assembly with them, since the assembly is free, of course we pay for the alignment and balancing, so far so good but during the service which by the way is very slow, the guy is always looking for and offering services to do, push camshafts, brakes, oil changes and whatever else you can to spend some money there. It is okay to offer the service is one thing, now to force and disturb the customer is another thing, not to mention the friendliness not to say the opposite of the counter staff. I won't be back!

The service is not worse than the service, terrible, the car was great and left there turning on lights and failing. They said this was normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação ao serviço e atendimento eu não tenho nada a reclamar, os mecânicos são bem instruídos, o serviço de qualidade e ágil. Já em relação ao atendimento de balcão, achei a desejar, o preço achei acima da média e as negociações de preços não foram a frente, peças relativamente cara e basicamente implorei para melhoria de preço (que foi aplicado apenas nas peças). Acredito que não retorne a fazer novos serviços.
I have nothing to complain about, the mechanics are well educated, the service is quality and agile. As for the counter service, I found it to be desired, the price was above average and the price negotiations did not go ahead, parts were relatively expensive and I basically begged for a price improvement (which was applied only to the parts). I don't think I'll ever do new services again.
