★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DECEPÇÃO! Fiz um pedido no dia 09/08/2020, para o churrasco do dia dos pais, com visita em casa e tive a extrema decepção de ser deixada totalmente na mão. Passando um grande constrangimento das pessoas aguardando para o churrasco na minha casa e nem se quer uma satisfação foi dada. Gente isso foi ridículo. Tem noção do tamanho do constrangimento que passei?! Eu era uma cliente que pedia sempre, mas com essa jamais pedirei e nem indicarei mais. Pq ainda estou com vergonha do que passei. Tive que correr e comprar um almoço todo feito e as visitas todas já com fome. ABSURDO
DISAPPOINTMENT! I placed an order on 08/09/2020, for the Father's Day barbecue, with a visit at home and I had the extreme disappointment of being left totally in the hand. Passing a great embarrassment of people waiting for the barbecue at my house and not even a satisfaction was given. People this was ridiculous. Are you aware of the size of the embarrassment I went through ?! I was a customer who always asked, but with this one I will never ask or indicate more. Because I'm still ashamed of what I went through. I had to run and buy a lunch all done and the visits all already hungry. ABSURD

Fui super mal atendido por uma atendente chamada Marly.
Fiz um pedido de 10 kits de hamburguers de R$ 35.00 cada para um grupo de condôminos do meu prédio, ou seja, R$ 350,00 no total. A DELICARNES informou que ou eu faria um pedido único, ou iria cobrar 10 taxas de frete independente se o pedido estaria sendo entregue no mesmo endereço. R$ 100,00 de frete. Não faz sentido algum!!
Um completo absurdo!!
Bad experience with DELICARNES service.
I was very poorly attended by an attendant named Marly.
I placed an order for 10 hamburger kits of R $ 35.00 each for a group of tenants in my building, that is, R $ 350.00 in total. DELICARNES reported that I would either place a single order, or I would charge 10 shipping fees regardless of whether the order was being delivered to the same address. R $ 100.00 shipping. It doesn't make any sense !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ocorreu um problema com a entrega, quando não foi informado entre os setores, o bairro onde moro. Depois ao chegar, a máquina de cartão estava descarregada, tive que passar os dados do cartão por telefone, contra minha vontade, uma vez que não é nada seguro esse tipo de transação. Veio faltando item, e por ter saído pela manhã cedo e entregue somente 12:40 estava muito cheio de sangue na caixa, achei a forma de embalar um tanto desorganizada, papel filme mal colocado. Decepcionada com a minha primeira e última compra.
There was a problem with the delivery, when it was not informed between the sectors, the neighborhood where I live. Then, when I arrived, the card machine was unloaded, I had to pass the card details over the phone, against my will, since this type of transaction is not at all secure. There was a missing item, and because it left early in the morning and delivered only 12:40 pm, it was very full of blood in the box, so I found the way to pack a little disorganized, poorly placed film. Disappointed with my first and last purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sábado (25/04/2020), fiz um pedido, iniciado as 11h e finalizado as 13h (só aí já teve um desgaste), atendentes totalmente despreparados, não respondiam as perguntas. O limite para entrega era as 16h ( até 3h após o fechamento do pedido) - mensagem eletrônica enviada pela empresa. As 15h eu perguntei sobre a entrega. Depois de ser transferida p 3 atendentes, uma delas disse q o pedido ia sair. Mas em nenhum momento falou que estava faltando algo. O pedido só veio chegar as 18h, e errado. E 1 dos itens estava com o peso excedente. Liguei p loja, e não atendeu, falei pelo direct, e ficaram transferindo. E NAO TIVE NENHUM RETORNO.
No dia seguinte obtive um retorno, explicando que parte do pedido n tinha no estoque, e por isso não ido, e pediram apenas desculpas.
Como uma empresa, concerta erros com desculpas?
Não respeitam o DIREITO do consumidor!!!Lamentável.
Saturday (04/25/2020), I placed an order, started at 11am and ended at 1pm (there was already a wear and tear), attendants totally unprepared, did not answer the questions. The delivery limit was 4pm (up to 3am after closing the order) - electronic message sent by the company. At 3pm I asked about delivery. After being transferred to 3 attendants, one of them said that the order was going out. But at no time did he say anything was missing. The order only arrived at 18h, and wrong. And 1 of the items was overweight. I called the store, and did not answer, I spoke through the direct, and they were transferring. AND I HAD NO RETURNS.
The next day I got a return, explaining that part of the order n had in stock, and so it didn't go, and they just apologized.
As a company, do you make mistakes with excuses?
They do not respect the RIGHT of the consumer !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 pedaços de contra filé e ao chegar em casa para fazer o almoço a mesma estava podre de fedor e alguns pontos verdes. Enviei fotos pelo Whats App e me pediram desculpas. Perdi 20 reais e hoje não compro mais lá. Esperava ao menos uma ligação do Gerente mas me pediram para eu me deslocar até a loja. Aconteceu em um Domingo e quando reparei que a carne estava podre a loja já havia fechado. Não compensava gastar gasolina para retornar. Infelizmente perdi a confiança nessa loja.
I bought 2 pieces of steak and when I got home to make lunch it was rotten with stench and some green dots. I sent photos through Whats App and apologized to me. I lost 20 reais and today I don't buy there anymore. I expected at least one call from the Manager but I was asked to go to the store. It happened on a Sunday and when I noticed that the meat was rotten the store had already closed. It was not worth it to spend gas to return. Unfortunately I lost confidence in that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem como dar NENHUMA estrela? Que pena! Fiz minha primeira compra nessa loja hoje, 13/07/2020. Deixei claro para a atendente que seria minha primeira experiência com o serviço deles. Fechei o pedido às 8:15. A loja informou que o pedido seria entregue entre 11h e 12h. Chegou 14:30!!! Aí pisei na bola! Não conferi a mercadoria na entrega, pois faltou produto. Pronto, como experiência foi desastrosa, além de atrasar faltou produtos. Entrei em contato com a loja pra relatar a experiência, ai eles perderam a segunda chance de atender bem, pediram desculpas e ponto. Não se dispuseram a averiguar o que ocorreu, não propuseram nada, enfim não fizeram nada, uma simples mensagem de pedido de desculpas pelo WhatsApp. Pois estão desculpados e passar bem Boa! Boa sorte a quem vai comprar aí, mas pra mim, bastou!
Is there no way to give ANY stars? What a pity! I made my first purchase at this store today, 07/13/2020. I made it clear to the attendant that it would be my first experience with their service. I closed the order at 8:15. The store said the order would be delivered between 11am and 12pm. Arrived 14:30 !!! Then I stepped on the ball! I didn't check the goods on delivery, because there was a product missing. There, as the experience was disastrous, in addition to delaying, there was a lack of products. I contacted the store to report the experience, then they missed the second chance to serve well, apologized and period. They were not willing to find out what happened, did not propose anything, in short they did nothing, a simple message of apology by WhatsApp. They are excused and have a good time! Good luck to those who are going to buy there, but for me, it was enough!
