Até que voltei neste ano no mês de setembro e fiquei muito decepcionada com o atendimento, havia duas vendedoras na loja que ficavam conversando em entre si e mal me deram atenção a não ser na hora de abrir o provador.
Vejo a loja postar vários produtos bonitos em suas redes sociais, mas ao chegar na loja nada me foi mostrado e também não encontrei sozinha, acho que eu não tinha cara de rica.
Sempre elogie esta loja para várias amigas, mas não farei mais isso. Saibam que vocês não perderam só uma cliente, pois o cliente quando sai de uma loja tira mais 10.
I always liked this store, but I haven't visited the store for a few years. Until I came back this year in September and I was very disappointed with the service, there were two salespeople in the store who were talking to each other and barely paid any attention to me except when it was time to open the fitting room.
I see the store posting several beautiful products on their social networks, but when I arrived at the store, nothing was shown to me and I also didn't find it alone, I think I didn't have a rich face.
Always praise this store for several friends, but I will not do that anymore. Know that you have not lost just one customer, because the customer takes 10 more when he leaves a store.
