★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa não respeita o cliente.Já compramos algumas vezes e deixam sempre na portaria,aos cuidados de quem por lá estiver. Algumas vezes os doces vieram com formigas e da última vez,deixamos tudo pago e no dia do Ano Novo quando fomos pegar, entregaram os doces para outra pessoa,sem verificar,causando um grande transtorno em nossa casa,pois estávamos contando com os doces.Ao reclamar, a proprietária simplismente disse que não poderia fazer nada e desligou o telefone.
Foi preciso reclamar de forma um pouco mais dura,para que a mesma devolvesse o valor pago pelos doces.
Infelizmente não sabem respeitar o cliente !!!!
The company does not respect the customer. We have already bought a few times and always leave them at the entrance, in the care of those who are there. Sometimes the sweets came with ants and the last time, we left everything paid for and on New Year's day when we went to pick it up, they handed the sweets over to someone else, without checking, causing a great inconvenience in our house, because we were counting on the sweets. When complaining, the landlady simply said she couldn't do anything and hung up the phone.
It was necessary to complain a little harder, so that it would return the amount paid for the sweets.
Unfortunately they don't know how to respect the customer !!!!
