★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de um bolo de chocolate para o Restaurante Ricco Delícias Artesanais hoje (03/11/2021). O pedido foi confirmado e pouco tempo depois recebi a notificação que o entregador ja estava a caminho da loja para retirada. Em seguida, a loja me mandou uma mensagem dizendo que tinha acabado o chocolate e que seria necessário trocar o pedido (isso depois do restaurante ter confirmado). Eu respondi informando que não tinha interesse em outro sabor e solicitei que o restaurante fizesse o cancelamento. Eles informaram que apenas o cliente ou o motoboy poderiam cancelar, mas quando eu tentei fazê-lo pelo app, informava que não dava pra cancelar pois o motoboy ja estava no local para entrega. Eu informei isso para no chat e pedi que contasse o motoboy e pedisse que cancelasse o pedido. Eles fizeram que o motoboy não estava conseguindo cancelar e que estavam tentando entrar em contato com o IFOOD, mas sem sucesso. Foi então que o status da entrega mudou e apareceu que o motoboy ja tinha finalizado a entrega e, mesmo eu não confirmando o recebimento, o pedido foi dado como entregue e finalizado. Ao tentar entrar no chat, o mesmo foi finalizado. Quando tentei pedir ajuda no aplicativo eles informaram que o pedido foi entregue com sucesso e, ao tentar contatar o IFOOD, foi informado que o sistema está fora do ar. O pedido ja foi pago no débito e eu não consigo entrar em contato com alguém que possa me ajudar a reaver o valor. Quero informar que foi um [Editado pelo Reclame Aqui] da padaria informada acima e o IFOOD não é capaz de prestar qualquer assistência sobre o caso. Um completo descaso com o cliente! Alerto a todos a jamais comprarem nessa padaria, não é confiável!!!
 I ordered a chocolate cake at Restaurante Ricco Delícias Artesanais today (11/03/2021). The order was confirmed and shortly thereafter I received notification that the delivery person was already on his way to the store for pick up. Then the store sent me a message saying that they ran out of chocolate and that they needed to change the order (after the restaurant confirmed it). I replied stating that I had no interest in another flavor and asked the restaurant to cancel it. They informed that only the customer or the courier could cancel, but when I tried to do it through the app, it said I couldn't cancel because the courier was already at the delivery location. I reported this to the chat and asked him to tell the courier and ask him to cancel the order. They claimed that the motoboy was unable to cancel and that they were trying to get in touch with IFOOD, but without success. It was then that the delivery status changed and it appeared that the courier had already completed the delivery and, even though I did not confirm receipt, the order was considered delivered and finalized. When trying to enter the chat, it was terminated. When I tried to ask for help in the application they reported that the order was successfully delivered and when I tried to contact IFOOD, it was reported that the system is down. The order has already been paid in debit and I can't get in touch with someone who can help me get it back. I want to inform you that it was a [Edited by Complain Here] from the bakery reported above and IFOOD is not able to provide any assistance on the case. A complete disregard for the customer! I warn everyone never to buy in this bakery, it is not trustworthy!!!
