Coffee with tapioca good and cheap. Good option in New Town. The place is popular style and just is not better because sometimes the request takes time.

Place is always crowded, but attendants are unprepared and take a long time to serve. Food is good, but the clutter when ordering makes serving more difficult. I recommend, however, patience.
