★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente só ouvia os outros falarem,estive já hoje e para minha infelicidade o frango estava sem tempero e muitas partes dele estava crû .
A farofa que mandaram era uma branca sem gosto ,chamei a gerente para perguntar sobre a farofa e a mesma com uma cara de bumda atendendo os clientes ,virou e me disse :só tem essa, e virou e saiu .
Perdi meu domingo indo em um ambiente que no mínimo deveria nos tratar bem.
Sem contar que estávamos sentado no canto e caia mosca na mesa ,estava com veneno perto da mesa, uma falta de respeito total.
Mandei a foto para verem que não estou falando demais.
 Unfortunately I only heard the others speak, I was already today and to my unhappiness the chicken was without seasoning and many parts of it was crû.
The farofa they sent was a tasteless white, I called the manager to ask about the farofa and the same with a face of bumda answering the customers, turned and told me: only this one, and turned and left.
I lost my Sunday going in an environment that should at least treat us well.
Not to mention we were sitting in the corner and falling on the table, there was poison near the table, a lack of total respect.
I sent the photo to see that I'm not talking too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, tive que sair de casa para saber onde estava o meu pedido, loja não responde o chat pelo Ifood e não atende telefone.
Cheguei na loja eles se quer sabiam com quem o meu pedido estava e no final colocam a culpa na motociclista que o pneu furou, na realidade o próprio entregador afirmou que a loja se enrrola com os pedidos.
Sem contar que o tempero caiu muito comida estava sem paladar algum, e digo isso pois já almocei pessoalmente uma vez e gostei só que a realidade do atendimento pessoal e o de entrega são totalmente diferentes e aconselho reverem esse ponto pois impactou até mesmo no paladar da comida vendida, é melhor atender presencial de forma boa do que abraçar outros patamares que não dão conta.
Não recomendo mais.
Terrible service, I had to leave the house to find out where my order was, the store doesn't answer the chat on Ifood and doesn't answer the phone.
When I arrived at the store, they didn't even know who my order was with and in the end they blame the biker who had the flat tire, in fact the delivery man himself said that the store messes with the orders.
Not to mention that the seasoning dropped a lot, the food was without any taste, and I say that because I already had lunch in person once and I just liked that the reality of the personal service and that of delivery are totally different and I advise you to review this point because it even impacted the taste of the food sold, it is better to attend in person in a good way than to embrace other levels that are not enough.
I don't recommend it anymore.
