★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saudade da antiga Tutti Pane , essa padaria acabou , péssimo atendimento, sanduíches que antes eram tradicionais , hj em dia estão horríveis, achei cabelo em um deles.

I miss the old Tutti Pane, this bakery is over, poor service, sandwiches that were traditional, today are horrible, I found hair in one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não não dou zero porque não tem como., Essa padaria já foi boa.o atendimento é péssimo. Já fiquei 2 vezes esperando pra compra um lanche e ninguém vem até a gente. Vc te que ficar procurando um funcionário que some., Atendem outras pessoas na frente da gente. E quando vc reclama eles são mal educados. Enfim não recomendo.
I just don't give zero because there's no way. This bakery was once good.the service is terrible. I've been waiting twice to buy a snack and nobody comes to us. You have to keep looking for an employee who disappears., They serve other people in front of us. And when you complain they are rude. Anyway, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior padaria, não recomendo a ninguém. Me venderam um sonho estragado, fora serem altos os preços. Eles são péssimos quanto ao almoço. Mesmo cardápio sempre, um frango empanado com gosto de peixe. Enfim, melhor ir na outra que tem na mesma rua, é economizar dinheiro e não passar raiva.
Worst bakery, I would not recommend it to anyone. They sold me a spoiled dream, apart from the high prices. They suck at lunch. Same menu always, breaded chicken with a fishy taste. Anyway, it's better to go to the other one on the same street, it's to save money and not get angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cara chegou e pediu quase que a padaria inteira em pães. E por último pediu 4kg de presunto fatiado. A atendente com uma cara muito ruim disse que nisso ela não poderia atender pois eles não fatiavam presunto na hora, que se ele quisesse ela poderia dar a peça inteira. E ele aceitou. Aceitou pq foi bobo eu deixaria todos aqueles pães lá e iria pra alguma padaria que quisesse atender ele direito. Não é favor. O cara tá comprando. Ele ia pagar pelo serviço. Tinha várias funcionárias. Poderia muito bem fatiar o presunto. Se o cara tivesse comprado todas as bandejas de presunto, alguém não precisaria repor na mesma hora? O que custava fatiar o que ele pediu?
O capixaba de modo geral é ruim pra atendimento. Cabe às empresas dar treinamento pros seus colaboradores e ensiná-los a colocar o cliente no centro do negócio. Precisa muito de um atendimento humanizado. A padaria nem é boa em variedade e sabores. E com esse atendimento lixo, logo perde pra concorrência.
The guy arrived and ordered almost the entire bakery in bread. And finally, he ordered 4kg of sliced ham. The attendant with a very bad face said that she couldn't answer that because they didn't slice ham at the time, that if he wanted she could give the whole piece. And he accepted. He accepted because it was silly, I would leave all those breads there and go to any bakery that wanted to serve him properly. Not a favor. The guy is buying. He was going to pay for the service. It had several employees. Might as well slice the ham. If the guy had bought all the trays of ham, wouldn't someone have had to replace it right away? What did it cost to slice what he asked for?
Espírito Santo in general is bad for service. It is up to companies to train their employees and teach them to put the customer at the center of the business. It really needs a humanized service. The bakery isn't even good on variety and flavors. And with this junk service, it soon loses to the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente essa padaria caiu demais, os pães doces parecem que são de três dias atrás e o pão francês só tem casca! E o preço um absurdo paguei 3,28 em 3 pães franceses nem na padaria Monza o valor e tão alto, porém lá a qualidade é melhor.
Unfortunately this bakery has fallen too far, the sweet breads look like they are from three days ago and the French bread only has a crust! And the price is absurd, I paid 3.28 for 3 French breads, not even at the Monza bakery the value is so high, but there the quality is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local está bonito e aconchegante, porém precisa melhorar as bebidas. O frappiccino não tem chantili e nem café, parece leite bairro com açúcar. As pilhas de frutas sai muito ralas, só questionar a funcionária disse usar duas, melhor ficar a marca então. Serve almoço também, bem apresentável mas tempero bem básico e pouco sal.
The place is nice and cozy, but needs to improve the drinks. The frappiccino doesn't have whipped cream or coffee, it looks like neighborhood milk with sugar. The piles of fruit come out very thin, just questioning the employee said to use two, better keep the mark then. Serves lunch too, very presentable but very basic seasoning and little salt.
