★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima organização. Primeiro pedido não tinha sido efetuado no sistema e não fui avisada. Após o pedido, a coxinha que me entregaram estava azeda e pedi para que houvesse a troca. Esperei por mais de 15min e cancelei o pedido e só aí fui informada que já tinham cancelado o pedido antes de que eu solicitasse. As comidas típicas podem até ser boas, mas o atendimento é péssimo! Ninguém quer assumir a culpa e ficam jogando um na costa do outro. Mudem a forma de administrar o local ou em breve terão que fechar.
Bad organization. First order had not been placed in the system and I was not notified. After ordering, the coxinha they gave me was sour and I asked for an exchange. I waited for more than 15min and canceled the order and only then was I informed that they had already canceled the order before I requested it. The typical food may even be good, but the service is terrible! Nobody wants to take the blame and they're playing on each other's backs. Change the way you manage the place or they will soon have to close.
