★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudou de dono e o novo é mau educado e não respeita os clientes, pedi uma sopa e a carne estava com gosto de estragada, o dono mandou o garçom avisar que não poderia fazer nada pois teria comprado a carne no mesmo dia. Enfim, dissemos que não voltaríamos mais, que iríamos comer do outro lado e ainda ficaram jogando piadas. Desrespeito e falta de profissionalismo, uma pena ter mudado o dono, pois era cliente antiga e jamais passei por isso antes. Sinto pelos funcionários, pois se o dono trata os clientes dessa forma quando reclamam de algo, imagine o que será com eles. Sempre fui com a família e amigos, mas nunca mais piso lá. Era 5 estrelas, ERA. Uma pena mesmo.
He changed his owner and the new one is rude and does not respect customers, I ordered a soup and the meat tasted like spoiled, the owner sent the waiter to warn that he could not do anything because he would have bought the meat on the same day. Anyway, we said that we would never return, that we would eat on the other side and they were still playing jokes. Disrespect and lack of professionalism, a pity to have changed the owner, as he was an old customer and I have never been there before. I'm sorry for the employees, because if the owner treats customers that way when they complain about something, imagine what will happen to them. I have always been with family and friends, but I never walk there again. It was 5 stars, ERA. Too bad.
