★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuja dessa franquia da Dellano. Nunca vi loja mais enrolada. Passa o preço e depois mudam, erram o projeto e medidas e nao tem respeito pelo consumidor. Isso sem falar no prazo que combinam e não cumprem.
Escape this Dellano franchise. I have never seen a more crowded store. Pass the price and then change, design and measures err and have no respect for the consumer. Not to mention the deadlines that match and do not meet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência está sendo a pior possível. Chegada dos moveis no dia 24/07/2020, início da montagem no dia 27/07/2020. Término da montagem: até hoje 05/12/2020 não entregaram todo o material e nem montaram.
The experience is being the worst possible. Arrival of the furniture on 07/24/2020, start of assembly on 07/27/2020. End of the assembly: until today, 05/12/2020 they have not delivered all the material nor assembled.

Péssimo atendimento
we tried a budget to start a partnership with new suppliers but in 1 week with no return, they do not answer the call. Imagine when you close the purchase what stress it will be!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a pior experiência possível com essa empresa. Os móveis do meu apartamento foram planejados pela UNICASA (Dell Anno) e ao montarem quebraram minha TV que havia comprado recentemente.
A empresa deu a mínima assistência em relação a tal problema e estão a quase dois meses me "enrolando".
Não aconselho a fazerem negócio com essa empresa, pois além de demorarem muito para entrega e montagem, caso ocorra algum problema, a empresa não oferece nenhuma assistência.
I had the worst possible experience with this company. The furniture in my apartment was planned by UNICASA (Dell Anno) and when assembling, they broke my TV that I had recently purchased.
The company has given minimal assistance in relation to this problem and they have been "messing me up" for almost two months.
I do not advise you to do business with this company, because in addition to taking a long time for delivery and assembly, in case of any problem, the company does not offer any assistance.

Na hora de vender e assinar o contrato é tudo rápido e as mil maravilhas, mas depois, esquece, eles vão te enrolar, vão atrasar e não vão cumprir nenhuma data prometida.
Vc tem que ficar indo atrás e cobrando o tempo todo pra conseguir alguma informação e sempre tem algum problema e alguma desculpa!
Não recomendo!
A gente paga caro pela "marca" e tratam o cliente parecendo que estão fazendo um favor.
É só dor de cabeça!
So far my experience with Dell Anno has been terrible!
When it comes to selling and signing the contract, everything is quick and wonderful, but then, forget it, they'll screw you up, they'll be late and won't meet any promised date.
You have to go after and charge all the time to get some information and there's always some problem and some excuse!
I do not recommend!
We pay dearly for the "brand" and treat the customer as if they're doing them a favor.
It's just a headache!
