★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrasos (comprei o móvel em Abril 2019. Em Dezembro de 2019 ainda não concluímos a instalação). Dor de cabeça na instalação (muitas). Problemas com partes do móvel (vidro da escrivaninha feito errado). Instaladores mal educados (bateram boca com minha esposa grávida). Sujeira na instalação (serraram o móvel inteiro dentro da minha casa, até hoje estou limpando serragem). Assim que finalizar a instalação do móvel irei revisitar a minha avaliação.
Delays (I bought the furniture in April 2019. In December 2019 we have not yet completed the installation). Headache at the facility (many). Problems with parts of furniture (desk glass made wrong). Rude installers (they mouthed my pregnant wife). Dirt in the installation (sawing the entire furniture inside my house, even today I am cleaning sawdust). As soon as I finish installing the furniture I will revisit my evaluation.

Deixaram de me entregar 3 peças importantes, estou tendo que terminar com marceneiro pois não aguento mais pedir para me entregar… eles simplicidade não dão retorno. DECEPÇÃO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível o atendimento, temos que ficar correndo atrás do vendedor que nunca está disponível. Parece que temos que comprar o produto e ainda pagar mais para ter atenção da loja. Não recomento pela falta de profissionalismo na entrega e acompanhamento da satisfação do cliente.
Terrible service, we have to keep chasing the seller who is never available. It seems that we have to buy the product and still pay more to get the attention of the store. I do not recommend due to the lack of professionalism in the delivery and monitoring of customer satisfaction.
