★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu Notebook Gamer G3 3500-A40P, de R$9.014,80, adquirido em 11/04/2021, mesmo com cooler externo, esquenta muito e desligava o vídeo, e já chegou com defeito e teve que trocar a tela na autorizada, mesmo eu pedindo outra máquina, logo após, esquentando muito, teve que trocar a placa, agora, fica esquentando muito e travando e escurecendo a tela. A garantia deve acabar em breve e terei que ficar com aparelho com defeito, como aconteceu no anterior. Gastei muito numa máquina que só me deu dor de cabeça e me atrapalha no meu serviço home office. Aguardando a Dell trocar a máquina por uma nova sem problemas ou me ressarcir o valor pago.
My Gamer G3 3500-A40P Notebook, from R$9,014.80, purchased on 04/11/2021, even with an external cooler, heats up a lot and turned off the video, and it arrived with a defect and had to change the screen at the authorized dealer, even me asking for another machine, soon after, heating up a lot, had to change the board, now, it is heating up a lot and locking and darkening the screen. The warranty should end soon and I will have to be left with a defective device, as happened in the previous one. I spent a lot on a machine that only gave me a headache and got in the way of my home office work. Waiting for Dell to exchange the machine for a new one without any problems or refund me the amount paid.
