Vc mal entra na loja e os atendentes te abordam, vc não consegue ficar tranquila para escolher seus produtos, parece as Casas Bahia dos cosméticos! Da última vez que fui lá eu fiquei extremamente nervosa e constrangida. Um rapaz alto de barba, gordinho e aparentemente homossexual me abordou oferecendo ajuda, eu disse de forma educada que não precisava e agradeci. Ele continuou a me seguir perguntando coisas e eu tentando escolher meus produtos, pois ele pegou uma cestinha para me oferecer e eu negando. Eu agradeci e desisti de continuar na loja e fui embora. Ele simplesmente ficou bravo e jogou a cesta onde pegou. Eu fiquei pasma. Essa não foi a primeira vez que esse moço me deixou irritada. A primeira vez que fui lá ele me abordou e veio tocando no meu cabelo. Eu não entro mais nessa loja! Prefiro mil vezes a Akai, as moças oferecem ajuda mas quando recebem a negativa elas te deixam em paz. E só colocam a mão no seu cabelo se vc permitir, elas perguntam antes. E antes de qualquer mimimi já deixo claro que deixei as características do atendente em questão pelo simples fato de eu não saber o nome do mesmo. Quem sabe o responsável da loja converse com ele para assim melhorar como profissional. Infelizmente eu nunca vou saber pois não pretendo voltar lá. Pelo menos não na unidade da Frei Gaspar pois em São Vicente tem duas Della Cosméticos.

He continued to follow me asking questions and me trying to choose my products, as he took a basket to offer me and I denied. I thanked him and gave up on staying in the store and left. He simply got angry and threw the basket where he took it. I was amazed. This was not the first time this boy had made me angry. The first time I went there he approached me and came touching my hair. I do not enter this store anymore! I prefer Akai a thousand times, the girls offer help but when they receive the negative they leave you alone. And they only put a hand in your hair if you allow it, they ask you first. And before any mimimi I already make it clear that I left the characteristics of the attendant in question simply because I do not know the name of the same. Maybe the store manager will talk to him to improve as a professional. Unfortunately I will never know because I do not intend to go back there. At least not in the unit of Frei Gaspar because in São Vicente has two Della Cosmetics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linda loja atendentes prestativos inclusive gostaria de parabenizar a atendente *Jocelia* que foi muito atenciosa e me ajudou com as compras dos presentes para minha esposa já que não entendo nada de cosméticos, não tão bem atendido na hora de pagar no caixa a operadora de caixa poderia ser mais gentil comprei algumas coisinhas deu quase 300 reais eu perguntei sobre a possibilidade de haver um desconto para pagamento em dinheiro e ela me respondeu " já passei compras de mais de 2 mil e não demos desconto algum" pedi para falar diretamente com a gerente que a propósito me atendeu muito bem e me explicou o motivo de não poder liberar o desconto porém me ofereceu uns brindes ótimos minha esposa adorou, meus parabéns a toda equipe da Della Cosméticos com certeza voltarei
